The Art of Resonance

The Art of Resonance – chapter one from our book In Resonance

Resonance is defined in the Oxford Dictionary as, “Responding to vibrations of a particular frequency especially by itself strongly vibrating”. When related to metaphysics it is associated with the Universal Law of Resonance. This law basically states that like attracts like.

Our bodies are energy systems, and we all oscillate at our own unique vibrational frequency that reflects the sum total of everything that we have experienced through eons of time. We have what is termed a four-body system of ‘lower’ bodies – termed ‘lower’ due to their vibrational frequency or resonance – and we also have higher bodies or energy fields which resonate at a higher or finer frequency. Their resonance can be compared to the musical notes played on a piano or string instrument. It can be on key or off key.

Toxicity from negative thoughts, unresolved negative emotions, pollutants, dross, poor diets etc. affects the energy fields of the body. These, in turn, influence our vibrational frequency and determine whether we are ‘on key’ or ‘off key’. Past life experiences and current life experiences are all held in cellular memory and are also reflected in our vibrational frequency. Dr Deepak Chopra states in his book Quantum Healing that a cell is a memory that has built matter around itself, forming a specific pattern, and that the body is the place that the memory calls home.

Many individuals are now being motivated by a strong inner desire to really experience joy, balance, harmony and unconditional love in life. These experiences are automatically ours when we realign our physical, emotional, mental and spiritual bodies to higher, more refined frequencies. Realigning our frequency is like tuning a string on an instrument to its perfect pitch. The finer the frequencies we emit, the finer the life experiences we attract via the Universal Law of Resonance.

For example, the physical body may resonate perfectly to the musical note of ‘C’, the energy field of the emotional body to ‘D’, the energy field of the mental body to ‘E’, and the spiritual body to ‘F’. When these energy fields are perfectly tuned to their ‘notes’, they play together harmoniously and life becomes magical. When they are out of tune the music is discordant, off key, and our life does not flow or feel harmonious.

Standards and expectations vary from individual to individual. Just as the precise tuning of an instrument is critical to a professional musician, a layman with an untrained ear cannot recognize the fine nuances and is, accordingly, less demanding. There are, then, personal frames of reference and we all set our own standards of acceptability. However, anyone who feels in the slightest that their life may be better, will benefit by realigning and tuning their energy fields to a finer resonance and finding the perfect pitch for them.

In their desire to improve the quality and/or length of their life, many individuals today are following inner guidance to cleanse themselves – not just on a physical level, but also on an emotional and mental level. They are eating less, preferably light food. Emotionally, they are also ‘processing’ and letting go of emotional baggage – emotions of fear, hate, guilt, worry, anxiety, anger etc. – which, when unresolved, are stored in the various organs of the physical body. This storage of negative emotion creates blockages in our energy fields and eventually disease. On a mental level, they are recognizing the limitations imposed in our lives by negative thinking and how energy follows thought to create our reality.

Thoughts, words and actions are energy forms and whatever we send out comes back to us according to karmic law and the Law of Resonance. This is the nature of energy: anything that life presents to us is there because we have attracted it to us by our vibrational frequency.

Positive thoughts, words and actions coupled with the intention to always act for the highest good of all beings plus the highest good of ourself, will change our resonance and consequently our experience of life.

How we can consciously go about realigning our vibrational frequency to be more in tune with the divine light beings, that we are in essence, is covered in greater detail throughout the following chapters. Briefly, one of the most powerful ways to tune our energy fields to their ‘perfect’ resonance is through meditation and spending daily time in the Great Silence within us. Apart from facilitating an effective energy realignment, meditation allows us to open to inner guidance – to learn to listen to the whispers of our Divine Self until the whispers become a strong clear voice. When acted upon, this guidance allows us to experience the joy and love and harmony that we seek in all aspects of our lives. Meditation aligns our spiritual, mental and emotional energy fields. This realignment is reflected in, and alters, our physical energy field or body.

Diet, eating lightly, drinking fresh pure water and engaging in gentle, stress-free exercise allows us to realign, rebuild and alter the energy field of the physical body daily and promote health, vitality and longevity; but none has the power of meditation when we maximize the intake of prana through specific breathing and allow the white light energy to heal and transform us.

We live in such a wondrous time – the dawning of a new age – and we have the capacity to create the reality that we desire simply by altering the energy signals we emit and by understanding the laws that govern all matter.

Divine Nutrition Gifts, Brain Wave Patterns and Our Paranormal Powers

Divine Nutrition Gifts, Brain Wave Patterns & Our Paranormal Powers
Excerpt from the book The Food of Gods with Jasmuheen

In order to understand ‘The Food of Gods’ with its gift of Divine Nutrition, we need to examine our brain wave pattern range as after a decade of experiential research I have found that there are literally two secrets to the successful access of this realm. The first is our personal frequency which is determined by our lifestyle and the second – which also influences our personal frequency – is the field of our brain wave patterns. The rate, or cycles per second that our brain wave patterns operate in, and also their amplitude, can determine how well we are being nourished in life and, if tuned in a certain manner, can also reveal another source of nourishment as yet relatively unexplored by the western world.
During a visit to India in 2002 and a meeting with Dr Sudhir Shah and his research team, I was given what I feel to be an important link in understanding the Divine Nutrition journey. I had already been guided to write this book with the focus on future research that I felt still needed to be done in the ‘Divine nourishment field’, when Dr Shah’s personal research into brain wave patterns triggered me into a new level of understanding. In order to accept the food of Gods as a source of pure nutrition, we need to understand more of how the body and our brain works and we will address the area of Brain Wave pattern research in more detail later.

Brain Wave patterns and the Divine Nutrition Program:
Briefly, there are four main brain wave patterns which are:

  • the Beta brain wave pattern at 14 to 30 cycles per second – level 1;
  • the Alpha brain wave pattern at 8 to 13 cycles per second – level 2 & 3;
  • the Theta brain wave pattern at 4 to 7 cycles per second – level 2 & 3 – and
  • lastly,
  • The Delta brain wave pattern at .5 to 3 cycles per second – level 3.

Although research on the differing type of brain wave patterns that occur between yogis and someone untrained in working with consciously altering their brain wave patterns, is now being done; what has not yet been explored is:-

  • What can happen within a human system when the slower in frequency, but higher in amplitude, brain wave patterns are sustained for long periods of time; in other words what happens to a person’s life when they choose to anchor themselves in the Theta brain wave field? And …
  • How is this anchoring done?

All of this will be discussed in later chapters but now let’s address the gifts that life in the Theta field can provide us with.

Paranormal Powers:
Research has found that when the Theta – Delta frequency pattern is held, the following attributes are evident in a person’s life. These attributes are sometimes classified as paranormal powers that can be seen as:-

  • Pre-cognition – the ability to sense what is about to occur;
  • Telepathy – the ability to pick up unspoken mental-plane communications;
  • Bi-location – the ability to be in two places at once, or to send a holographic
  • projection of oneself somewhere else;
  • Clairsentience and empathy – the ability to sense or feel what others are feeling;
  • Clairvoyance – the ability to see between the worlds with our third eye;
  • The ability to heal through touch or over distances plus much more.

The Theta – Delta pattern is the home of our latent paranormal abilities and when accessed allows our inner resources of Divine Nutrition to flow. In the metaphysical world, which power/s a person has often depends on the role they have agreed to play in the cycles of human evolution.
When the Theta and the Delta brain wave patterns are sustained not only does the veil go down between the conscious and subconscious mind allowing reprogramming of the whole bio-system in a more effective way, but we also begin to tap into other realms of reality, where issues like the following become more real for us:

  • Divine radiance – where we can increase or decrease our auric emanations so that
  • our presence nourishes others in a healthy way.
  • Divine intentions – where we understand the power of our intentions and will in co-creation and use them with wisdom for the good of all and are hence supported by powerful and nourishing universal forces.
  • Divine guidance – access to an inner plane system of reliable help.
  • Divine prosperity – access to all the abundance we need to be fulfilled on all
  • levels.
  • Divine transmissions – the ability to enjoy two way communications with beings who are permanently anchored in the Theta – Delta field and to do so via empathic or telepathic means.
  • Divine co-creation – the ability to, and action of, creating in a way that stimulates and releases the highest potentialities into manifestation.
  • Divine Grace is an inexplicable energy that is incredible to experience, Grace is the oil that smoothes the way in life.
  • Divine communication – communion with the God within and the inner plane Holy Ones
  • Divine manifestation – the ability to recognize the will of the Creator and to manifest according to the Divine Plan’s current agenda which is our conscious cocreation of paradise on earth.
  • Divine bliss – true emotional, mental and spiritual nourishment.
  • Divine nutrition as in pranic feeding and the freedom it brings and
  • Divine revelation – the zone of true knowing beyond limited perceptions and realities.

The above are some of the benefits that come from accessing the Divine Nutrition channel and we will elaborate on these later. I call these gifts that we receive when we are in tune with the Madonna Frequency. The Madonna Frequency is the frequency of Divine Love and Divine compassion. The Madonna Frequency is the deliverer of the true food of the Gods, because (although this is totally unscientific in explanation) the metaphysical fact is that what allows us to be nourished – and maintain pure health without the need of taking physical food or vitamin supplements if this be our life choice – is an energy which can only be described as pure Divine Love and I believe that this energy of Divine Love is triggered automatically when a person maintains the Theta – Delta brain wave patterns.
I once met a man who said to me: “Why do you speak so much of the Divine? It’s always ‘Divine this’ and ‘Divine that’. And you say that we are Divine beings and maybe that is true for you but I certainly am not Divine.”
I could have responded and quoted John 14.2 and said as Jesus did: “I shall go to the house of my Father to prepare for you an abode. The house of my Father has many abodes. On that day you shall know that I am with the Father, the Father in me and I in you. You are God”. But that only impresses those of the Christian faith. What about the Buddhist who believes in a Supreme Intelligence rather than a God as we know it and what has this to do with the science of measuring brain wave patterns and Divine Nutrition?
When the abode is well prepared or tuned, then Divine Nutrition flows and is physically released within us especially when we consciously tune our brain wave patterns into the Theta – Delta fields. And Divinity?
Divinity is a state, an experience, a feeling of awe and recognition and wonder and appreciation when we find our self in the Presence of something that truly is sublime. Does it exist? Can we all experience this? This depends on our desire and also our capacity to perceive it yet most amazingly, if we believe in the Divine and ask It to reveal Itself to us, It does particularly when we meet It half way by consciously tuning ourselves into the Theta field where It expresses Itself more freely.
I like the game of logic, I like the game of trust and faith, I like the quantum game that says we can alter events just by the viewing of them and I like the fact that we can test the idea that we are Gods in form and that what we focus on comes into being if we all believe in it enough and do what is required to retune the fields. I like the idea that this means that if we unify and focus collectively then we can co-create anything on this earth. I also like the experience of the vastness of creation, the knowing that God is everywhere and that this includes within us and as such all is naturally Divine. The role of the modern day metaphysician is now only to absorb the proper nourishment to support us as we act as if we are Divine. I also like the fact that with proper nourishment, enjoying our ‘para’normal powers will become a common aspect of all our lives.
It’s interesting to look at the idea of ‘normal’ or what is considered acceptable to the status quo. In our modern day world it is normal to suffer dis-ease and bio-system breakdown and decay. It is normal to die at around age 70 and to experience emotional highs and lows. Violence is tolerated as an everyday fact as is the suffering of our children.
Personally I would like to think that as we learn how to stop blocking our inner nourishment flow, that these things become abnormal rather than every day. All it takes is education to inspire us to understand and make more supportive choices which are easier to make when we understand the natural cycles of human awareness.

Ekhardt Tolle and Rise Earth – sharing wonderful insights

I love it when I find something I have enjoyed and then someone else writes about it while I continue with my own research; for example the below that has come from the RiseEarth newsletter mailout – so good to cross promote and pass all of this along through our networks as well! 27 Life Changing Lessons to Learn from Eckhart Tolle – by Luminita Saviuc – Purpose Fairy

I love Eckhart Tolle. I remember reading his book, The Power of Now in 2010 and from that moment on, whenever I feel that my mind is drifting, making too much noise and keeping me from being fully present and engaged in the NOW, I immediately go back to reading his book. I have learned so many wonderful lessons from reading his inspiring books, watching his lectures, and today I would like to share 27 of these life changing lessons with you. Enjoy

1. The present moment is the most precious thing there is.

“People don’t realize that now is all there ever is; there is no past or future except as memory or anticipation in your mind.”
“…the past gives you an identity and the future holds the promise of salvation, of fulfillment in whatever form. Both are illusions.”
“Time isn’t precious at all, because it is an illusion. What you perceive as precious is not time but the one point that is out of time: the Now. That is precious indeed. The more you are focused on time—past and future—the more you miss the Now, the most precious thing there is.”
“Don’t let a mad world tell you that success is anything other than a successful present moment.”
“Most humans are never fully present in the now, because unconsciously they believe that the next moment must be more important than this one. But then you miss your whole life, which is never not now.”
“As soon as you honor the present moment, all unhappiness and struggle dissolve, and life begins to flow with joy and ease. When you act out the present-moment awareness, whatever you do becomes imbued with a sense of quality, care, and love – even the most simple action.”

2. Wherever you are, be there totally.

“Wherever you are, be there totally. If you find your here and now intolerable and it makes you unhappy, you have three options: remove yourself from the situation, change it, or accept it totally. If you want to take responsibility for your life, you must choose one of those three options, and you must choose now. Then accept the consequences.”

3. Always say “yes” to the present moment.

“Acceptance looks like a passive state, but in reality it brings something entirely new into this world. That peace, a subtle energy vibration, is consciousness.”
“Accept – then act. Whatever the present moment contains, accept it as if you had chosen it. Always work with it, not against it.”
“Always say “yes” to the present moment. What could be more futile, more insane, than to create inner resistance to what already is? what could be more insane than to oppose life itself, which is now and always now? Surrender to what is. Say “yes” to life — and see how life suddenly starts working for you rather than against you.”

4. Life will give you whatever experience is most helpful for the evolution of your consciousness.

“Life will give you whatever experience is most helpful for the evolution of your consciousness. How do you know this is the experience you need? Because this is the experience you are having at the moment.”

5. Don’t take life so seriously.

“Life isn’t as serious as the mind makes it out to be.”

6. Love is not to be found outside of you.

“Love is a state of Being. Your love is not outside; it is deep within you. You can never lose it, and it cannot leave you.”

7. The more you dwell on the negative, the more obsessed with negative things your mind becomes.

“People tend to dwell more on negative things than on good things. So the mind then becomes obsessed with negative things, with judgments, guilt and anxiety produced by thoughts about the future and so on.”

8. When you complain, you make yourself into a victim.

“To complain is always nonacceptance of what is. It invariably carries an unconscious negative charge. When you complain, you make yourself into a victim. When you speak out, you are in your power. So change the situation by taking action or by speaking out if necessary or possible; leave the situation or accept it. All else is madness.”

9. There is a fine balance between honoring the past and losing yourself in it.

“There is a fine balance between honoring the past and losing yourself in it. For example, you can acknowledge and learn from mistakes you made, and then move on and refocus on the now. It is called forgiving yourself.”

10. Letting go requires strength and a lot of courage.

“Sometimes letting things go is an act of far greater power than defending or hanging on.”
“Some changes look negative on the surface but you will soon realize that space is being created in your life for something new to emerge.” ~ Eckhart Tolle

11. You are a Human Being not a human doing.

“In today’s rush we all think too much, seek too much, want too much and forget about the joy of just Being.”

12. Give up defining yourself and others.

“Defining yourself through thought is limiting yourself.”
“Give up defining yourself – to yourself or to others. You won’t die. You will come to life. And don’t be concerned with how others define you. When they define you, they are limiting themselves, so it’s their problem. Whenever you interact with people, don’t be there primarily as a function or a role, but as the field of conscious Presence. You can only lose something that you have, but you cannot lose something that you are.”
“Once you have identified with some form of negativity, you do not want to let it go, and on a deeply unconscious level, you do not want positive change. It would threaten your identity as a depressed, angry or hard-done by person. You will then ignore, deny or sabotage the positive in your life. This is a common phenomenon. It is also insane.”

13. You are more than your mind.

“On a deeper level you are already complete. When you realize that, there is a joyous energy behind what you do.”
“To be identified with your mind is to be trapped in time: the compulsion to live almost exclusively through memory and anticipation.”
“To know yourself as the Being underneath the thinker, the stillness underneath the mental noise, the love and joy underneath the pain, is freedom, salvation, enlightenment.”
“Boredom, anger, sadness, or fear are not ‘yours,’ not personal. They are conditions of the human mind. They come and go. Nothing that comes and goes is you.”
“The beginning of freedom is the realization that you are not “the thinker.” The moment you start watching the thinker, a higher level of consciousness becomes activated. You then begin to realize that there is a vast realm of intelligence beyond thought, that thought is only a tiny aspect of that intelligence. You also realize that all the things that truly matter – beauty, love, creativity, joy, inner peace – arise from beyond the mind. You begin to awaken.”

14. Where there is true love, there is no ego.

“A genuine relationship is one that is not dominated by the ego with its image-making and self-seeking. In a genuine relationship, there is an outward flow of open, alert attention toward the other person in which there is no wanting whatsoever.”

15. Whatever you fight, you strengthen, and what you resist, persists.

“To offer no resistance to life is to be in a state of grace, ease, and lightness. This state is then no longer dependent upon things being in a certain way, good or bad. It seems almost paradoxical, yet when your inner dependency on form is gone, the general conditions of your life, the outer forms, tend to improve greatly. Things, people, or conditions that you thought you needed for your happiness now come to you with no struggle or effort on your part, and you are free to enjoy and appreciate them – while they last. All those things, of course, will still pass away, cycles will come and go, but with dependency gone there is no fear of loss anymore. Life flows with ease.”
“What you react to in others, you strengthen in yourself.”
“Anything that you resent and strongly react to in another is also in you.”
“Whatever you fight, you strengthen, and what you resist, persists.”

16. Power over others is weakness disguised as strength.

“Power over others is weakness disguised as strength.True power if within, and it is available to you now.”

17. Every addiction starts with pain and ends with pain.

“Every addiction arises from an unconscious refusal to face and move through your own pain. Every addiction starts with pain and ends with pain. Whatever the substance you are addicted to – alcohol, food, legal or illegal drugs, or a person – you are using something or somebody to cover up your pain.”

18. Exclusivity is not the love of God but the “love” of ego.

“Love is not selective, just as the light of the sun is not selective. It does not make one person special. It is not exclusive. Exclusivity is not the love of God but the “love” of ego. However, the intensity with which true love is felt can vary. There may be one person who reflects your love back to you more clearly and more intensely than others, and if that person feels the same toward you, it can be said that you are in a love relationship with him or her. The bond that connects you with that person is the same bond that connects you with the person sitting next to you on a bus, or with a bird, a tree, a flower. Only the degree of intensity with which it is felt differs.”

19. Seek to live authentically.

“Authentic human interactions become impossible when you lose yourself in a role.”
“Living up to an image that you have of yourself or that other people have of you is inauthentic living.”

20. We don’t “see” God as He is, we see God as we are.

“Man made God in his own image…”

21. Seeking is the antithesis of happiness.

“Don’t Seek Happiness. If you seek it, you won’t find it, because seeking is the antithesis of happiness.”
“Is there a difference between happiness and inner peace? Yes. Happiness depends on conditions being perceived as positive; inner peace does not.”

22. What you give is what you get.

“For what you do to others, you do to yourself.”

23. Any action is often better than no action.

“Any action is often better than no action, especially if you have been stuck in an unhappy situation for a long time. If it is a mistake, at least you learn something, in which case it’s no longer a mistake. If you remain stuck, you learn nothing.”

24. If you make the fountain pure, all will be pure.

“If you get the inside right, the outside will fall into place. Primary reality is within; secondary reality without.”

25. The mind is a superb instrument if used rightly.

“The mind is a superb instrument if used rightly. Used wrongly, however, it becomes very destructive. To put it more accurately, it is not so much that you use your mind wrongly — you usually don’t use it at all. It uses you. This is the disease. You believe that you are your mind. This is the delusion. The instrument has taken you over.”

26. Worry is a waste of time.

“Worry pretends to be necessary but serves no useful purpose.”

27. If the structures of the human mind remain unchanged, we will always end up re-creating the same world.

“Humanity is now faced with a stark choice: Evolve or die. … If the structures of the human mind remain unchanged, we will always end up re-creating the same world, the same evils, the same dysfunction.”

25 Characteristics You May Find In Those Who Are Awakening

I recently read and enjoyed this so perhaps you may enjoy the below insights by Josh too! With love, light and laughter – Jasmuheen

25 Characteristics You May Find In Those Who Are Awakening
by Josh Richardson at http://www.riseearth.com/2014/06/25-characteristics-you-may-find-in.html

There is no doubt the Earth is evolving spiritually. People are experiencing intense changes within their life, work, behaviors and personal relationships. Many are awakening at a rate that can only be described as phenomenal. So how do we know if we are awakening? Here are 25 common characteristics you may find in yourself and others. Some of you may experience things not on this list and I encourage you to share your experiences in the comments below. We are all unique and many of us are experiencing phenomenons that are difficult to explain at this time. We are all learning from each other.

1. Being in public places is sometimes overwhelming. Since our walls between self and other are dissolving, we haven’t really learned to distinguish between someone else’s energy and our own. If the general mood of the crowd is herd-like or negative, we can feel this acutely, and may feel like retreating into our own private space. When we have recharged our batteries with meditation, spending time in nature, far away from other people, or just sitting in quiet contemplation, we are ready to be with the masses again. In personal relationships, we often will feel someone else’s emotions as our own. It is important to have this higher sense of empathy, but we must learn to allow another person’s emotions while observing them and keeping our empathy, but, realizing that not all emotions belong to us. Social influence can dampen our own innate wisdom.
2. We understand our current paradigm, more than we understand ourselves. We see the big picture and marvel and the duality of our world including why polarity consciousness has brought us to where it has today. We no longer see life choices and right or wrong, good or bad, just choices defined by the neutral frequencies that we later define. Unity consciousness is allowing us to spread the message of unity consciousness to all of humanity that will allow us to heal our division and change the misery of our human beings to abundance within a global community filled with love for each other and not fear of each other.
3. We know things without having to intellectually figure them out. Often called intuitive awareness, we have ‘a-ha’ moments and insights that can explain some of the most complex theories or phenomenon in the world. Some of the most brilliant minds of our time just ‘know.’ Adepts and sages often were given downloads of information from higher states of consciousness after meditating or being in the presence of a more conscious individual; this is happening for more people with more frequency. As we trust our intuition more often, it grows stronger. This is a time of ‘thinking’ with our hearts more than our heads. Our guts will no longer be ignored. Our dreams are becoming precognitive and eventually our conscious thoughts will be as well.
4. We acknowledge our imperfection and how beautiful it is to be an imperfect version of our true selves. We thrive on challenging only ourselves, and not through competition at the expense of another, especially since we have no need to judge those who are exactly where they need to be.
5. Watching television or most of main stream media, including newspapers and many Hollywood movies is very distasteful to us. The mindset that creates much, but not all, of the programming on television and in cinema is abhorrent. It commodifies people and promotes violence. It reduces our intelligence and numbs our natural empathetic response to someone in pain.
6. We no longer have a need to attach our love to material things, understanding that it only leads to misery because we are not learning to love ourselves and others. The mentality only leads to further acquisition of more things. Although things too are part of consciousness, they do not allow humans to accelerate the mass consciousness required to change the world. Only love for ourselves and others can do that. Love is knowing the deservability and worthiness of all. We are loved so unconditionally by Creation that we can even choose to believe that we are not loved.
7. Lying to us is nearly impossible. We may not know exactly what truth you are withholding, but we can also tell that something isn’t right. We also know when you have other emotions, pain, love, etc. that you aren’t expressing. You’re an open book to us. We aren’t trained in counter-intelligence, we are just observant and knowing. While we may pick up on physical cues, we can look into your eyes and know what you are feeling.
8. We may pick up symptoms of your cold, just like men who get morning sickness when their wives are pregnant. Sympathy pains, whether emotional or physical, are something we experience often. We tend to absorb emotion through the solar plexus, considered the place we ‘stomach emotion’ so as we learn to strengthen this chakra center, we may sometimes develop digestive issues. Grounding to the earth can help to re-establish our emotional center. Walking barefoot is a great way to re-ground.
9. We tend to root for the underdog, those without voices, those who have been beaten down by the matrix, etc. We are very compassionate people, and these marginalized individuals often need more love. People can sense our loving hearts, so complete strangers will often tell us their life stories or approach us with their problems. While we don’t want to be a dumping ground for everyone’s issues, we are also a good ear for those working through their stuff.
10. We don’t feel the need to awaken every person we see. Within a few sentences we can interpret their level of comfort in discussions relating to consciousness. When necessary, we plant a seed and if it’s meant to grow it will. We understand that attempting to awaken those who are not ready is toxic to their sensibilities.
11. If we don’t learn how to set proper boundaries, we can get tired easily from taking on other people’s emotions. Energy Vampires are drawn to us like flies to paper, so we need to be extra vigilant in protecting ourselves at times.
12. We are all becoming healers. We naturally gravitate toward healing fields, acupuncture, reiki, Qi-Gong, yoga, massage, midwifery, etc. are fields we often find ourselves in. We know that the collective needs to be healed, and so we try our best to offer healing in whatever form we are most drawn to. We also turn away from the ‘traditional’ forms of healing ourselves. Preferring natural foods, herbs, and holistic medicine as ways to cure every ailment.
13. We see the possibilities before others do. Just like when the church told Copernicus he was wrong, and he stood by his heliocentric theory, we know what the masses refuse to believe. Our minds are light-years ahead.
14. We are creative. We sing, dance, paint, invent, or write. We have amazing imaginations.
15. We fully accept that we can only attract what is within our vibrational field. There are no experiences that we can obtain in physical form without attracting them from a vibrational perspective. That includes the most horrific experiences and the most beautiful ones. What we are learning to do is accept relationships and experiences for what they are. People and experiences are serving as reflections to teach us something about ourselves.
16. We don’t question what love is, why it is or how it presents itself. We know it is everywhere, in everyone and everything, all permeating and infinite.
17. We require more solitude than the average person.
18. We might get bored easily, but we are really good at entertaining ourselves.
19. We have a difficult time doing things we don’t want to do or don’t really enjoy. We really do believe life was meant to be an expression of joy. Why waste it doing something you hate? We aren’t lazy, we are discerning.
20. We are obsessed with bringing the truth to light.
21. We don’t live in fear of anything. Any and all changes coming, no matter how much they are perceived as negative or dramatic on our Earth, are being designed by us. We have past the point of no return and the Earth is ascending to a higher state of consciousness. Nothing will stop it now.
22. We can’t keep track of time. Our imaginations often get away with us and a day can feel like a minute, a week, a day.
23. We abhor routine.
24. We often disagree with authority (for obvious reasons). Some people call it “anarchy” without a true understanding of what that word or our governments really are.
25. We will often be kind, but if you are egotistical or rude, we won’t spend much time with you or find an excuse to not hang out with people who are obsessed with themselves. We don’t ‘get’ people who are insensitive to other people’s feelings or points of view.

We now offer the below information on children as so many parents and grand parents are concerned about the new ones coming in …

On children and our future … Education in the new millennium must be holistic, it must address all issues that concern us as spiritual beings here to have a human experience. We all know that healthy and happy adults tend to also breed healthy and happy children. Hence we would like to see The Luscious Lifestyles Program be offered in all educational institutions that are open to this and also that parents and grandparents understand more about the new children being born, many of whom already come in with their Templates* fully active.

A more holistic education Program – to achieve this, we recommend a few tips such as:

  • Children be educated in the personal and long-term environmental and global benefits of a vegetarian diet.
  • That all children be encouraged to be involved in regular, if possible daily, non-competitive exercise that they do just for fun – dance, yoga, swimming, stretching, athletics etc.
  • That all children are taught creative visualization techniques to learn to self-heal their bodies if the need arises.
  • That all children are given regular daily doses of love and affection and taught the value of self-love.
  • That all children are educated in the power of the mind/body connection in the creation of dis-ease.
  • That all children are encouraged to spend daily time in silence talking to God (or whatever higher power they or their parents understand to be the Force behind Creation)
  • That all children be encouraged to express their creativity in a manner that makes their heart sing.
  • That all children be encouraged to develop other amusements in life apart from television. That television viewing be restricted to programs that have a positive influence on developing minds.
  • That all children be encouraged to revere their whole being as a temple for the Divine to always radiate through.

At the Embassy of Peace we also recommend:-

  • That all parents voluntarily undergo specific parenting training before they can qualify to become parents. We all train for our driver’s license and also attend educational institutions for our careers. Many consider parenthood to be one of the most important careers on the planet. We recommend that ‘parenthood training’ and the above attributes and holistic education become a continuing presence in all school curricula.
  • Holistic education must begin at home, be continued at school and encouraged as a lifestyle by society. The sooner we take responsibility for the fact that we are all part of a whole that affects and is affected by the whole, the sooner we can co-create constructive systems to address our world health and world hunger challenges. This is the very core of quantum physics today in that the whole can be affected just by our observation of it.

INDIGO CHILDREN

My youngest daughter was born in 1978 as an Indigo child … for those of you still wanting more data on this to what we posted earlier – more on their characteristics and how to support them …. the below comes from the Rise Earth site  … Nancy Ann Tappe, author of the book “Understanding Your Life Through Color”, studied the auric field and labeled indigos for their indigo colored aura. The aura is the electromagnetic energy field that the human body carries, and an indigo color indicates traits of master communicators that are highly intelligent and intuitive with a passion for peace and truth. Indigos are balanced in the heart and the head. Doctors tend to say there is no such thing as Indigo children, and many Indigo children have been erroneously diagnosed with ADD and ADHD. Living with the societal pressures of medical diagnoses is just one of the challenges of the Indigo child today.

Characteristics of an Indigo

  • Most Indigos were born in 1978 or later, although some adults carry the Indigo traits.
  • Indigos are highly intuitive- they know what feels right to them and anything else is disruptive to their system.
  • These children have food sensitivities and may be very picky.
  • They may have imaginary friends or see spirits: “dead” people, guides, angels, and/or extraterrestrial beings.
  • Indigos are very empathetic- they are sensitive to the feelings of others and sometimes pick them up and carry these energies with them. They are feelers rather than thinkers most of the time.
  • These children have a natural resistance to rigid rules and guidelines and deem them archaic. They are here at this time to bring the energies necessary for a consciousness shift and therefore do not fit into the strict left brained thinking and control. They have an innate “ knowingness” and resist untruths.
  • Some Indigos have telepathic abilities and can speak to other spirits in other dimensions.
  • These children carry a vibration of harmony and therefore do not feel comfortable in the denseness of today’s world.
  • They have a tendency to be anti-social and prefer to spend time alone or in fantasy play.
  • Indigos do not think in linear fashion, but rather holographically which is a reflection of higher intelligence. They are “plugged in” to their higher selves.
  • Is fascinated with and easily bonds with plants, animals, and crystals.
  • An indigo child bores easily and is sometimes fidgety or over excitable.

The following are ways to support an Indigo child:

  • Allow their perceived eccentricities.
  • Stare deep into their eyes with a knowingness of unconditional love and understanding. Tell them telepathically “thank you” and that everything is ok.
  • Introduce them to other indigo children or psychically gifted children. If this is not possible, provide a metaphysical and spiritual environment and allow creativity such as painting, music, dancing, or writing.
  • Allow past life recall and dream interpretation conversations to take place as if they were normal conversation.
  • Keep them off of Ritalin and other prescribed ADD or ADHD medications, and keep them from being vaccinated. These drugs keep them from expressing and doing what they are here to do on the first place.
  • Feed them organic, live foods and make sure they are not exposed to harsh chemicals such as fluoride in the water. Many children are allergic to chemicals in pesticides commonly found in food and tap water.
  • Guard against harsh people or aggressive children and nurture loving relationships. The indigo child will be the one to show what works and what doesn’t. Pay attention to those who can have a special, magical time with your child and encourage this time as much as possible.
  • Turn off the television most of the time, as the programming is too fast paced and harsh. Shows about animals and nature can help to calm them down in high stress situations.
  • Allow the transmutation of emotions through crying and laughing. Sometimes Indigo children will cry at the drop of a hat seemingly without reason. When the child gets old enough to understand, it is helpful to teach him or her to shield themselves with a bubble of light that will not allow other people’s energy into their aura field, which helps them to not be overly sensitive.
  • Adopt a new way of parenting and schooling. If at all possible, overly sensitive and psychic children should be home schooled and often these kids will act out in school as a rebellion against wanting to be there. If home schooling is not an option, be active with the parent/teacher relationship and do not conform to state imposed classical standards of discipline.

Remember- Indigo children chose their parents before they came into this incarnation, and an agreement was made to support them at this time, knowing they would bring the energies needed to the planet at the time of great denseness and subsequently great transformation. However, just because a child has the characteristics and traits of an indigo child does not mean that they need to be placed upon a pedestal over other children or the parents. It simply means that they have different environmental needs and more metaphysical and spiritual capabilities than most children, although most children will also benefit from the Indigo Child’s environment.
