MY MUSINGS FOR TODAY with Jasmuheen
When we go deep into stillness, it is almost as if we can feel a trail of energy behind us that represents our life through linear time. For many people, this energy trail appears to be so long, especially when they are open to the idea that we have experienced many past incarnations.
Then, of course, there is the view and the knowing, that time actually moves more like a spiral around us, imprinted with holographic bubbles, because time is simultaneous rather than linear.
In the deep silence, it is as if we can tune into these bubbles and understand so much more about the different forms we have taken and the timelines we have entered.
Yet this, too, can become such a mesmerizing journey that it draws us out of the now moment.
Regardless of how our Source energy, our essence, is expressing itself, we are in this body, here and now, with most of our conscious awareness anchored here.
Thankfully, we can enter silent stillness regularly and drop out of the dual-natured world, with its associated matrices of “them and us” and so much more and more we relax back into the eternal now and identify with that pure Source energy, the more the idea of “them and us” begins to dissipate.
This happens because we come to experience deeply that all of creation is simply our own pure Source essence energy vibrating in different formats.
How deeply we wish to go, to relax into the Source field that flows within, is truly up to us.
I find it beautiful to enter silent stillness without any agenda at all; simply to be present, to be with the breath, as Buddha invited us to do, and to give the monkey mind a rest: a holiday from all our analytical processes, allowing us simply to be the beingness.
The more we can drop into this and relax into this field of pure love, the more this infinite, unified field that is so conscious, benevolent, wise and loving, can present its gifts to us and this is something we explored more deeply in our book Ascension Dynamics.
When we come into now-moment awareness, we can also recognize how everything from our past has already been integrated within us; how throughout our linear-time journey on Earth, we have absorbed all the wisdom available to us according to our perception during each phase of our lives. Hopefully, through this wisdom, we have also gained virtues and so all of it has become part of who we are. Nonetheless, it is interesting how our monkey mind sometimes pulls us back through linear time to revisit past occurrences. Yet when we understand that an experience has already been integrated, its lingering influences can often begin to dissipate.
Of course, many of us have engaged with different processes to free ourselves from influences that no longer serve us and perhaps we revisit certain experiences occasionally to remember the lessons they offered. Most importantly, once the lesson has been integrated and its influence can dissipate from our field, we are free to become more present; enjoying whatever may unfold through the coming flows of time.
In this awareness we can trust that we will always receive exactly what we need, when we need it, just as we have in the past.
We know that we have not always received what we wanted or successfully manifested everything we desired and yet when we are honest enough, we can look back and recognize that we are both the creation of the Creator and the Creator itself.
Across all realms, we have always received whatever we truly required because of the benevolence and love this creative energy holds for its creation.
And so, we find ourselves at a crossroads in human evolution.
Every day, we are able to detach from the matrices that so many have created around us; matrices that sometimes mesmerize us, sometimes amuse us and sometimes leave us shaking our heads, but which always offer us a choice regarding whether we wish to engage.
At this point in my life, I choose more regular disengagement as I allow the bubbles of reality and co-creation to move around me, engaging from time to time with that which I find inspirational rather than divisive.
Such is the evolutionary point we have reached: we can let everything go, trust that we have received what we needed and will continue to receive what we need, and move beyond the plane of judgment and the idea of “them and us.”
As yes, on the deepest and purest level, we are all Source enjoying the opportunity to be here in human form as yes, we are multidimensional beings who exist far beyond this world, beyond time, beyond space and beyond the dual-natured construct.
These are my musings for today.
Biggest hugs to you all,
