Life Insights – Lightbody Templates & Revelation Time – Jasmuheen
January 2014 …
On my 57th birthday, I lay relaxed on a beautiful soft carpet in my meditation room where taking a few moments to assess my life, I found that all I felt was pure gratitude; that there was nothing to say or ask or seek.
It was nice to be there completely agenda free, open and still, just feeling grateful for everything that had been manifesting in my life, especially being able to share love with those I love who love me.
I also felt so grateful that I exist in a very healthy body vessel and for the level of communion I have with it and the way it quickly responds to good coding.
I felt grateful for the work I have committed my life to, which is so rewarding and satisfying, allowing me to exist within a network of incredible people who share with all in mutually beneficial ways.
The work I had been doing was constantly flowing through me with such creativity, joy, and ease, allowing me to live a life of such grace, synchronicity, interest, excitement and intelligence, that my heart was at peace, my whole being fully surrendered.
It no longer mattered where I was – I was here, right here, right now and so I relaxed and just felt all the gratitude pulsating through me, so deep, so real, and the more grateful I became the more I found my body just relaxing deeper into the moment.
Slowly I heard a soft yet firm and strong voice rising within me as my body began to purr and vibrate. It was as if the gratitude was allowing my whole system to purr almost like a cat, as this voice telepathically said, “Let it all go … just be the beingness,” and I realised that it was encouraging me to give myself the gift of really letting go of all my mental constructs, all my emotional constructs and just fully be in the moment in gratitude.
I discovered that in letting the body’s heart purr like a cat; that the purring was sending a vibration through every cell of my body to recalibrate everything that each cell held, into the energy of pure gratitude. I had never realised that we could purr to recalibrate yet now it felt so perfect, so powerful and so simple, as I felt my cells all joyously respond.
In this pure space, there was no right, no wrong, no struggle, and no pain, just the end result of pure gratitude for all that had been gained.
I realised there was nothing to let go out into the energy field around me but just to let go to the spontaneous mechanism of purring that was coming through my heart. Such heartfelt purring was changing all the rhythms of energy within me, as this inner voice kept inviting,
“Let it all go, just be the Beingness, be the Beingness.”
As I released and let everything go, I realised at the same time that all my mental constructs were just like balloons of thought. I could easily let them go knowing that I could also pull the balloons back down anytime I wished to get more involved in thought again, but now all I was required to do was let everything go, let everything be.
Yet before I could fully let go, I asked who was the owner of this voice and this message? And as I asked this I felt that this voice was just another part of me that I could feel knew everything that was good for me, a part that when released fully through the system allowed it to be the best version of an energy system that it could be.
I could sense and see also how this vast me, this pure clear me, extended way beyond this physical form and how in fact it was an energy ocean that was constantly flowing within and around me, an intelligence that held a different perspective from the one that I sometimes got caught up in when I focused too much on the outer world and my personality construct or held a model of reality too tightly.
When we live in this three-dimensional dense world, it is easy to feel bombarded by the dominate flows of collective consciousness and so it is important to take ourselves out of that, to step back now and then and to let the illusory world go, as I did so easily that day.
Somehow everything gelled within me and as I went deeper into the energy of pure gratitude that was literally zinging through my body like a purr and the instant I could let go fully, I was immersed in something that I cannot begin to describe.
It felt like an infusion, a complete immersion in something that began to pulse through my body more powerfully than ever before, bringing me into the state of joy, bliss, peace, true surrender. It also brought the knowing that I am part of an energy field that is infinite in possibility, multidimensional, complex and highly energised, a field that is always within us, where all can be reborn, where all life springs from as it experiences itself in the world of form.
In the letting go, I became the formlessness flowing through form.
As I bathed in, surrendered into, and allowed this peace-filled energy to recalibrate my whole being, I felt as if anything that needed it within me was being rebalanced and healed as required if required, but I also sensed much more than this.
Once my body stopped reacting to the energy flows and once everything settled in a melded state, I sensed that there was a vast intelligence in this field that was so clear, so bright, so voiceless, so wordless but powerful and so present.
I sensed that this vast intelligence had almost a curiosity as it revealed itself within and around me. The energy felt feminine, and I realised as I entered into this space more fully with my higher senses, that this was the Pure Essence Template that we all carry within; a template that is also known as our Lightbody.
As the flows of revelation continued, I realised that this Lightbody Template also contains various sub-Templates or Zones of boundless, benevolent intelligence, that permeates all fields of possibility and that I was now in the Template of the Divine Oracle. With this came the knowing that the Beings there had been expecting me and had allowed me to discover their existence simply because it was time to understand more of what our Lightbody contains.
We went into deeper communion then, these Holy Beings that were so present in the Template of Essence where this pure Divine Presence resides. Together we looked at my service work, the things that bring my heart joy, my place within this more physical world and way beyond that, going deeper as the Beingness of infinite intelligence allowed me to assess the creation of my own day to day existence in this world.
As the field of revelation flowed on, I saw how this energy zone was a Template of pure Communion, that was revealing a deeper level of its energy matrix within my own body of light, and that somehow, almost magically there had been a frequency match that being in a state of pure gratitude and surrender with no agenda, had triggered.
As I explored this zone in my own body of light, I could see that coming out of this Template, were energy rays that extended out to connect into the fields of the greatest abundance. And I realised more deeply than ever before how all who serve in the unfoldment of that which is for the highest good of all are so well supported in turn in the matrix of life.
There was no need to spend another moment of existence in doubt, or concern about support coming on any levels, for the abundance and the support system of abundance that I could sense moving through the Template, of those in pure-hearted service in our world, is so strong and so ready and able to provide all that is required once allowed.
I could see so much energy melting away, constrictions within me, old ways of thinking about how we operate in this fear-based, money-based existence they call the outer world and how love is becoming stronger and alternate options are emerging throughout the consciousness of so many at the same time, so that fear was shrinking, and love and trust were blossoming as they were within myself right now.
To able to trust fully is a freedom and it allows for spontaneity, fluidity and so much more and in this expanded state of awareness and revelation I saw that real power comes when we fully embrace the truth of who we are, that there is this Divine Presence Template, this Essence Template underlying all that we are and do.
We are formlessness, washing through form and yet we identify so much with physical form, unaware of the power, the gifts and the grace that the formlessness carries when we take time to bathe within it and just be aware of it.
The first part of this journey revealed itself so spontaneously and time spent in what I later called the Temple of Communion, was also just a door opening within me, an initiation given that was too personal to share more of here yet that once accepted would continue to reveal more of itself day by day.
All I had to do was say yes, to surrender into this field of possibility with a pure heart and openness to be willing to serve in this way. And in this service, I could trust fully in the abundance of its support and flows.
The benevolence of this energy field is astounding as it provided me space for deeper insight and reflection which once done then allowed for another infusion to take place. Now as this energy continued to infuse itself through me, I saw that invisible space, that endless space that we all carry deep within as I also sensed the peace, the bliss, the joy that is the pure nature of this Template and that what I was being infused by, was more powerful, more sublime than anything I had ever felt before.
Looking back later, trying to find words to describe it all, it was almost as if I had fallen onto a giant web, a type of trapeze artist net and that before this letting go and subsequent fall or surrender into this net, I had been swinging high on a trapeze, held buoyant by my mental and emotional constructs that had allowed me to be present in a denser world and that once I could let go of all of these, that this net was there, just a breath or so away, and all I had to do in the letting go, was to drop into it, to let it infuse more powerfully through me as I re-immersed back into it.
I could feel so powerfully how it was endless space, formless, what the Holy Ones talk about as the void and how formlessness is always present through all form. And yet this journey was not a journey beyond the mental constructs of awareness or a journey beyond recollection, it was more just a revelation of the Lightbody Essence Template and all that it contains and how this is within us all.
And so, the revelations continued on again and, as I sensed more of the nature of this energy, I began to see little bubbles begin to form that I understood instantly to be atoms and molecules. I could see them being released from this Essence Template, one at a time with so much space between them and then suddenly as I looked and watched them rise, I saw how they were being pulled into density, that I could move my consciousness and focus on the flow of these atoms and then see them coagulate to form a body around the matrix of our bodies of light.
I saw how our bodies appear to be so dense, but that this was just the viewpoint from the world of duality and density, yet in truth our atoms are bound together loosely by consciousness. I saw how, as we identify more with that formlessness of consciousness, that is the glue of our atomic structure, that this then becomes greater, that the invisible becomes clearer and also that the substance that is invisible to the naked eye is not really invisible at all, for it can be felt through our clairsentient nature.
It was interesting to see this invisible Essence substance that I could feel as joy and bliss, to know also that it is true food and that it can fire itself up through the Essence Template, to then flow throughout the meridian system and recalibrate the whole body back to health.
Energy follows thought and so it was then that I sensed the Template of Health that is also part of our body of light, and how time spent relaxed within these baseline Templates will automatically bring healing to our bodies. I also could sense and see how all disease in the body are just cells that are lacking life-force, cells that are drawing the life-force from other cells and so appear to be viruses and yet they are just struggling for more Essence energy so they can heal.
I realised yet again that in order to heal anything, we need to increase the chi flow, the Essence flow, through cellular structure to give those diseased cells that which they are looking for, which is that pure Essence energy, that can flood through them, to rebalance all that the cell is overwhelmed by, and diseased by.
And in the rising of this Template and in the letting go, in the re-immersion, reinfusion of our system on all levels with this pure Essence energy, every imbalance we may carry that is affecting our physical, emotional and mental health levels can be recalibrated back to its original state.
After the revelation of the Template of Pure Essence with Its zone of Boundless Beingness, then the Template of Perfected Health, the flows of revelation went on and I found even deeper insights that pertained to the Self-Sustaining, Self-Regenerating Template that is also a frequency zone in our body of light.
In deep meditation in the late 1990s, I had seen how this Self-Sustaining Template is constructed and how it operates in our bodies but the vision had not been coupled with such an intense immersion before. In previous experiences, it was either the vision without the full immersion or the immersion without the complete vision – to have both occur was another experience altogether, one that affirmed so clearly that everyone has these Templates within that rise or recede according to various things. These factors are our lifestyle, our consciousness and awareness of their existence plus our need for this experience, which can be connected to our bigger picture service agenda.
A few months after these zones or Templates in my body of light were revealed, I was revealed the Template of Tantra with its True Beloved zone of the most profoundly beautiful and nourishing love that the human system can ever experience.
Chanting over and over with deep feeling, the intuitive Coding of,
I exist in Christed waters,
I exist in Christed Light,
I exist in Christed Love …
allowed my being to be flooded with this exquisite energy that I realised also comes from deep within our body of light. We all know now that the word Christed just mean the purest love and to be filled with this love that is so pure is a state of experience that is beyond description although the following insight came through with the experience.
“Within the human heart chakra lies the Christed Heart of the purest love, when it is fully risen within you, all within you can be nourished, reborn and then set free for each human system is encoded to know the grandest love of the True Beloved, a love that romantic love can never match in depth and scope. The True Beloved carries infinite wisdom, power, strength … The True Beloved is your soul mate, with infinite patience It awaits your alignment to It, your willingness to be at One in Divine Marriage with It … This is the tantra that you long for in your heart and in your world!”
There is so much more that I could share that was revealed that day however much of it was so poignant and personal. Also, the True Beloved energy zone is so powerful that we will soon dedicate a book just to this topic alone.

Revelations always come as we need them, especially that which pertains to anything we do in the world that is beneficial for human evolution.
