Introduction: - Many years ago I found myself deep in meditation in the presence of the Christed energy field being clearly told, “Record humanities co-creation of Paradise.” Yet I felt that in order to record a creation we first have to be involved in the creating first hand rather than just being an impartial observer.

Being consciously involved in the creation of a world that operates for the good of all, is something we can all choose to do and I am always amazed at the diversity of people who gather with me all around the world to be more involved with this. Some come for personal reasons, some come for higher global agendas, some come because they just want to join their energies with me in a way that supports the whole group. And now and then some come to sit in judgment, filled with skepticism, watching my every move, determined to expose me as a charlatan or worse.

Some time ago now, I was told again in deep meditation: “Let all who come before you in praise or protestation be taken into your heart and be filled with infinite love until you can sincerely respond to them all 'May God Bless you.'"

For me these words were freeing in both subtle and also profound ways for anyone in the public eye is scrutinized by so many in so many ways. Nonetheless we continue on for a multitude of reasons – following a strong inner call, fulfilling a pre-determined path or simply just deciding to use our energies on Earth more constructively in a way that benefits all.

Becoming aware that every human being is just a system of energy constantly pulsating out frequencies, then becoming aware that we can choose via lifestyle, what frequencies we wish to pulse out and that we literally do control reality around us and how the universal fields respond to us, just makes the whole ‘life on Earth’ game so much more interesting for us all.

Deciding to play the game of field harmonics on an internal and external level – again in a way that benefits the whole – add another interesting dimension to life.

So this journal covers many things about all of this; my stories as a person who has travelled constantly all over our world, these past 16 years, actively involved with people who share those same understandings; their stories and much more.

On the road my life consists of talking, meditating and sharing with groups from all walks of life, endless hours in airports and airplanes going through repeated security controls, being searched and irradiated with airport security systems that x-ray my whole body; to solitude time in hotel rooms meditating and writing; to sitting in churches and places of worship to sense more of the people and their land; to walking the streets of countless cities again tuning to the people and feeling the pulse of their soul. To counter-balance all of this at home I live a life of quiet solitude in an environment that to me is an ashram, a place filled from time to time with visits of family and friends, a place I write and create and listen in stillness to the wisdom of the inner worlds that is the domain of my soul.

Somehow through all of this my life has been sweetly interwoven with the lives of so many others to provide us all with experiences that are so harmonic, so grace-filled that we feel as if paradise is ours. Despite all the challenges we face, despite all the energies around us that are emanating from those whose paths we cross, whose harts we do not touch because some still choose to be ruled by fear, despite all of this, as I travel I witness and sense the pulse of a rapidly changing world that each one of us is adding to in some way.

I thought after writing 33 books that I was done and yet the words continue to flow banking up in my mind from some cosmic source like a dam at bursting point until I pick up a pen.

So we trust as usual that these words will find the right eyes to be read and the right hearts to confirm the truths we already know.

With love light and laughter - Jasmuheen

THE RHYTHMS OF LOVE

It’s wonderful to be with you and to share again my travel diary – which as you know we keep as requested by the German magazine “Lichtfocus”. Travelling for me is always so insightful and even after 16 years of regular road life, I still find I learn so much from being with all of our groups. Like many, I feel incredibly blessed to connect with the caliber of people that we meet and to also be able to experience what happens when well trained, like minded and open-hearted people gather together in the ways that we do.

There were three words that kept coming up throughout the tour which were “fun, flexibility and fluidity” – basically meaning that no matter what we do in life, we need to choose an attitude of lightness and enjoyment in each moment which is very much the signature of the new energies coming through.

Also as old ways are being replaced with the new, there is always the requirement for us to be fluid and completely flexible – particularly at this point in human evolution where we are working more dynamically with our intuitive nature and the energies of the heart which allow us, when we are open, to always feel the deepest rhythms of the purest flows of love that support the Matrix.

So many people are now being called to be in silence, stillness and solitude which seems to be our new food for in this space so much nourishment is being given.

26th June, 2009 - Moscow, Russia

It’s 11pm and I am leaving the seminar hall with my organizer when he tells me that Michael Jackson died today. As I switch on the BBC news later in my hotel room I feel and see the waves of compassion again rising in the Matrix, emanating out from the hearts of people who are saddened by his passing, people who have enjoyed the legacy of his music which will no doubt flood through Earth’s energy fields again as people go into that space of nostalgia. So here passes yet another dynamic, yet often criticized person who came to add a particular flavor to Earth’s energy field and whose flavor needs to be added just a little once more.

When I arrived here a few days ago, as we drove from the airport to my hotel, my organizer said to me, “why don’t you write a book about ‘what, on earth, is going on?’“ It gave me food for thought as no doubt for many people on Earth the current changes in our global finances and continuing weather shifts are unsettling, yet to a metaphysician we know that it is simply the long awaited birthing process coming to a conclusion, a process that may last a few more years.

The question arises then not so much as to why something is happening, but more to how can we stabilize ourselves through this birthing time and enjoy the smoothest transition, which is what our work focuses on at the present – providing the basic harmonics to do just this.

I forget how much I love the Russian people, especially those that gather with me to do the supporting energy work in the Matrix that we do via group focus. Of course we are all choosing to exist in very specific reality streams of our own creation which is the way of the fields and the choice we have as the masters we all are.

“WORSHIP AT THE ALTAR OF YOUR OWN DIVINITY”

These words and much more are given to me as our Moscow group goes deep into meditation, entering the Akashic Records Cosmic Library to reconnect with our Galactic Kin, those with whom we have shared with in other time lines. The being’s around me on the inner plane are huge in energy field and statue, and they exude love and wisdom in the most powerful way as we engage in conversation about life on the Earth plane. I love it when these exchanges take place so spontaneously and I can only thank the group energy for being strong enough to open such portals for each other within the Matrix.

It is these types of experiences that make life on the road so worthwhile – all the flying and airport stops, dealing with customs and the red tape of officialdom and security that many travelers must submit to now – especially when moving through Russia or the USA. All the strange hotels, unfamiliar cultures, languages and adjustments, the requirement to always be so flexible and fluid and focused so completely in each moment, all of this is rewarded by the amazing exchanges that take place on both the inner and outer planes when groups like this gather to focus on higher paradigms.

1st July, 2009 - St Petersburg, Russia:

Days later in St Petersburg, we gather with a new group in the old Hari Krishna temple and for the first time ever I find many who are not regular meditators and so the sharing adjusts itself to accommodate the new ones here and yet again the flow is deep and magical, bringing tears to eyes, smiles to faces and warmth into hearts that need heart food.

Many more teenagers are coming now and even younger ones who are insisting that their parents bring them. They too are focused and aware and the energy fields of the group are enhanced by their presence. These young ones say little, have no questions, instead they just sit in silence enjoying it all as if they are in the presence of a truth that they have always been a part of. Sometimes they hand me beautiful drawings of being’s of light that have been revealed to them in their meditations or images of a perfected Earth and worlds of their higher dreaming and all of it refines our group’s energy fields further.

A well known and very successful business man later drives me back to my hotel in the heart of St Petersburg just as he did the last time I was here. He has great news and through an interpreter begins to tell me how his business has increased 1000% each year since I last came. He can’t believe it as the global financial crisis has not affected his business at all.

“It’s all because of the techniques you’ve given me!” He grins like a big kid who’s discovered an endless jar of candy.

“I’ve taught them to my staff. We all practice the 8-point luscious lifestyle program in your “Food of Gods“ book. And I always use the breath test before making any major decisions, personally and for the business. Our success astonishes us all and I just want to say thank you!”

Stories like this are common for us to hear now and coming back regularly to countries allows me to hear more. Of course these things work in my own life so why wouldn’t they work for so many others? Sincerity, open heartedness, wanting to manifest things and ways that benefit human evolution, all of this adds keys to success, as well as tried and true lifestyle fine-tuning formulas and techniques.

The breath technique is particularly wondrous as when we make a statement as if it is truth, then watch our breath, it either drops to our belly and our lungs open to confirm this truth, or it goes up to our throat and our lungs contract if it is not a truth for us. The Divine force breathes us and so via our breath It can confirm all truth for us by a simple shift in our breathing rhythm.

3rd July, 2009 - Lithuania
I sit enjoying a fresh forest breeze from a lake on the border of Lithuania and Poland, awaiting the arrival of 250 people from the Baltic States who will spend the next 5 days here enjoying the 8-point Luscious Lifestyle Program. Morning Qigong sessions, swimming and boating, walking in the forest, enjoying deep meditations and discussions – on the more refined matters of personal, global and universal harmonization – plus good healthy vegetarian food and life enhancing, heart-opening music and dance. All of this is part of our schedule to unify and reweave our energy fields while we breathe in the sweetest smelling air.

It has been a long time since I smelt such beautiful natural scents in the air around me as the devic energy is strong here. Estonia, Lithuania, Scandinavia and all the Baltic countries hold such a dynamic and pure devic energy stream that engulfs you as soon as you venture away from the cities and walk the countryside, especially through the forests and near the rivers and lakes. Maybe it’s the folklore that keeps it all alive, folklore that has been passed down through generations keeping an appreciation and interest bubbling among the people who like to acknowledge the existence of such things.

It is the same with the Indigenous Dreaming and the Dreamtime legends and all that we do, for as we all know now, whatever is focused upon stays alive in our hearts and minds and gives birth to parallel worlds. And all of this gives color and depth to the Matrix of creation.

Sacred Bhajans are playing on my iPod music system, mingling with a steady stream of bird song in the background and a gentle stream of fresh air flows through my open windows – all of it providing me with breakfast for my heart as a new day dawns with its endless possibilities. It is good to be here – out of the hustle and bustle of the cities with all their energy weaves. And, as much as I love the solitude and silence of life in my mountain ashram home, it is good to be on the road again, to meet, greet and mingle with those drawn to share in this way.

Some people say that the time for meditation has passed – that in the stream of Oneness there is nothing to do or attain, which is true. However everyone pulses frequencies to which the greater field responds via the Universal Law of Resonance. Being still, open, in silence, aware and listening via the meditative state allows us to receive via our psychic senses, and to also fine-tune energy fields – via the process of focused interaction and response, to the more subtle pulses from the interdimensional realms. All of this we tend to ignore or are unaware of when we maintain our focus in ‘busy’ness or keep our senses solely focused on the external world. As amusing, interesting and delightful as our external world can be, so too are the internal worlds that we access and become aware of when we turn our senses within.

As many meditators and sensitives know, there are currents of energy that pulse through life constantly that are so pure and so powerful, so loving and aware, that all human hungers disappear when these currents are allowed to rise and reveal themselves within us. Eventually, over time, once released and risen, these currents call us to bathe within them and enter into experiences that at times defy the human imagination. Yet first we must be open to such possibilities.

A week or so ago I stood in a bookshop in Moscow having just spoken with a hundred or more people who’d crammed into a small space just to share of such things. At the end of the night a young woman stood before me and said, “I don’t know if I believe in such a possibility that you can exist without taking physical food.”

We asked if she meditated.

 “Yes,” she replied.

“Do you feel the pulse of pure love flowing within you when you meditate?”

“Sometimes,” she replied.

“Do you believe in the reality of this love since you have experienced it?”

“Yes, of course,” she said.

“Then ask It to reveal to you all Its gifts, ask this love as It rises within you and flows through you, to show you what It is capable of. Can you do this?”

“Yes,” she responded.

“Just believe in this love and open to it. That’s enough.”

I liked this response for the times we have entered into now are times of feeling and knowing, of opening to the purest currents of love within the Matrix and allowing this love to reveal its complementary gifts of wisdom and power. And strangely, that’s enough for now.

5th July, 2009

The audience sits before me – hundreds of people all radiating out a mix of different frequencies, a sea of faces and energy pulses that constantly intermingle via magnetic attraction. We introduce the Love Breath Meditation to harmonize us all into a common frequency and slowly hearts open. For some, their systems are flooded with this love, as others just glimpse a little of its presence, while others still feel nothing – as some take a little longer to tune themselves to the more subtle energy within. It’s interesting to watch and feel the changing rhythm of the group. It is always as if we are part of a Divine orchestra that needs a little fine-tuning until the harmonics work for us all. I know that tomorrow they’ll be in a different rhythm again as this pulse of love and unity gets stronger and that by the end of the retreat they will feel as if they are among well loved family and friends. It’s fascinating to watch, to do this in Moscow, then St Petersburg, now here and then next weekend, be in another country, with a new group and do it all again.

I walk into each new group feeling full to overflowing with the purest love only to enter an energy field that isn’t as open as the one I have just left and so we start the unifying process of each group of strangers all over again. City after city, year in year out, creating feelings of family amongst groups of strangers, time and time again, until finally resting myself back in my own family’s arms.

Rhythms of Love.

Pulses of Love.

Currents of Love.

Always opening deeper to love within and around us ... allowing that love to rise within us and enticing it to rise within each group, so that we may collectively enjoy a deeper harmony in our world.

6th July, 2009

It’s interesting to see how long it takes for a group to harmonize themselves using the methods we share. This group is operating on so many levels of awareness – from new ones just waking up to those who have practiced field alchemy for some time. A sweet harmony is beginning to rise through the group energy field as hearts open further and our sharing’s get deeper and meditations more focused.

This afternoon a group of excited women approached me to tell me that one of the women who was with us last year in Lithuania was immediately healed of her cancer and so didn’t need the surgery she expected to have. Last time we had the group focus on the huge tumor on her neck and pulsate intense healing energies to her which she happily said worked perfectly. I love to get news like this and so this year again we will hold another healing circle as there are many among us with various types of illnesses from cancer to other problems. Why does healing work for some and not for others? Perhaps the purer and more harmonized the groups energies are to the rhythms of love within them, the easier all healing is to accomplish and yet it also depends on each individual’s pathway with this as well. Nonetheless there are processes unfolding on Earth that are such a blessing to be part of –  people blossoming, waking up to sweeter harmonies and ways of being, and touring, gathering these ones, reveals all of this so clearly and so the moments flow ... sweet, fulfilling, educational moments.

Today we sat in deep meditation radiating pure love out through the fields of Lithuania and around the planet, then through the Earth, then the cosmos, sending this out – united in service – then opening to receive any pulses back from the points of consciousness contained within these fields. Later people shared their insights and the messages gained and so that finally, after days of personal fine-tuning, we were able to go to the global levels and apply the programs of the Embassy of Peace. The group energies have unified so sweetly now with eyes shining, faces smiling, hearts open and so much love being shared –  3 days focus to unify this field and harmonize all the energies so we can begin to work effectively on global levels.

Last night we sang Lithuanian folk songs and danced around a fire beside a beautiful lake as the sun set slowly behind us, still shedding rays of light at 11pm. The mood was joyous, relaxed, and celebratory and it permeated our gathering today.

7th July, 2009

A young man sits huddled on the floor, his whole body racked with emotion; he cannot control his sobbing as he releases in deep realization, feelings of relief. We hug and I hold him, allowing the love to flow through me until he calms and settles. Our group has just completed a strong meditation that has given many powerful insights as the longer we stay together living the Luscious Lifestyle Program, the deeper we bond and the more powerful our meditation times become.

A troubled teenager, he has been haunted by demonic forces his whole life, forces that frighten and attack him psychically even in his dreams. He has never felt safe, always felt as if they were following him, always felt emotionally raw and on edge. A year or so ago a shaman told him that these energies were ones he himself had abused in a previous time and so a seed was sown. Today he found himself in deep meditation realizing that all he needed was to ask for forgiveness and in the doing of this, in a deep heart-felt way, he finally felt himself set free as those forces faded around him.

Later he rolls onto the grass in front of me, spreads himself out in a star fashion, feeling free and relieved, as if the biggest burden has been magically lifted from his shoulders and in this most precious moment, our hearts are full – his with freedom and realization and mine in the joy of seeing him set free –  and once again I marvel at what can occur when the time is right within us.

8th July, 2009

I love those moments when a retreat is complete and everyone’s faces are pulsing with light emanations and smiles; their eyes dancing with love and the joy of realizations. The difference is obvious to us all – from the first day of arrival as strangers to the last day of sharing as family and friends.

Later we walk the land here in silence, feeling the energies of the ancient Pagan-Druid culture. I sense the presence of Joseph of Arimathea and Mary Magdalene in the land and wonder if they passed through here at some stage to rest among the Druids, before venturing on to Glastonbury, as theirs is the first presence the forest reveals to me as our group sits quietly on the hillside in meditation by the lake. The forest and land reveals much more to me that is to remain secret, for the rituals the Druids performed here so long ago are still influencing Earth’s inner grids and so are not to be disturbed.

Lithuania, and her people, is a beautiful place with powerful sacred energies that pulse so purely through the land and as always I feel so blessed to have the opportunity to be amongst it all.

9th July, 2009 - HOME & HEART HARMONICS

I sit in deep meditation and prayer with Mother Mary and my angel team asking for further refinement, to be able to operate in this world in a way that is best for all. In this plane of duality all is there for us to experience and thankfully rarely these days, there can be one or two whose motivation for coming among us is not one of honor and integrity and so it has been here. Any open person can witness the transformations that take place among a group who gather like we have just done and yet the universe shows me time and time again that people hear and perceive only that which they are open and ready to be aware of. Sometimes people get sidetracked by gossip or rumor or in the case of my work, thing’s they read that have been posted by those less informed on the internet.

On and off over the years I have sat in contemplation and pondered on how best to respond to such things, always choosing just to ignore it all, knowing that the truth seekers will find truth when they are ready. If someone had told me 25 years ago that one day I would be doing any of this in the world –  from travelling and gathering groups, to writing, to exploring the benefits that increasing chi flow has on personal and global health, hunger and happiness levels –  I would have said, “No way. That’s impossible!” for then I was locked into a very different paradigm, so I can understand people’s reactions to many of the new energy realities in the world.

This morning my daughter read me an email from an Australian woman who is living in Los Angeles who is a member of the Agape Church that I attended recently. Her 67-year-old mother has been strongly guided from within, and by her own trusted angel guides, to live purely on prana and so has been taking only water for 8 weeks now. She emailed that while she understands her mother’s spiritual way of life and respects her calling, her sisters and brothers do not and are extremely concerned, and are threatening now to have their mother committed into medical psychiatric care. She asks if I can help them in some way as her mother lives just an hour or two away from where I live in Australia. Her email is loving, supportive and compassionate and so we respond, sharing our own journey with this and how I too once sat with my family, when they shared their concerns, and how we talked and came to a solution that all were happy with. This was for me to have blood tests via haemaview analysis and that if those proved I was healthy on my prana only diet, then they would relax and cease to project their concerns for my health, onto each other and onto me. This I did and so the problem was solved as the tests confirmed I was healthier than ever before.

Is this the right answer for them? Maybe, maybe not, but only they as a family can lovingly communicate with each and then decide. A test may put their minds to rest, prove to them all that she is okay and if it proves otherwise then no doubt their mother will take the right course of action to bring herself into health.

Sometimes we do things that push people’s buttons of awareness as we challenge the many limited beliefs we all still hold on earth. The alternative is to stay silent and accept society with all its limitations and to stay within the boxes of behavior people want each other to be in. For some this is possible, for others this is impossible as something so strong within us pushes us into a new rhythm.

I think about the three people who died nearly 10 years ago now around the 21 day Living on Light initiation process and how I wish that had never occurred and yet I cannot control the rhythms that push people, from somewhere deep inside, to rise up and break out of limited patterns or to answer the call to be part of an evolutionary path that stands before us that is so immensely freeing and grand; a path that beckons us to know the divine essence within all and to also receive its gifts.

These things are not for me to control, for it is not a time of trying to control one another. It is a time of knowing and enjoying ourselves, of choosing the path of love not fear, of education not ignorance, of honor and respect for each other rather than judgment and disdain. It is a time of seeking harmony among us and resolutions to conflict that deliver beneficial outcomes to us all; of sitting down with family and friends, if required, and lovingly communicating our concerns until a problem is resolved in a way that serves us all.

The experience my organizer here has just had with a woman at our retreat who told her that all our work was a lie, that she’d read reports on the internet that said that pranic living was not possible; makes me think about all the media work we have done, constantly making ourselves available to use the media as a tool of education and how successful this can be when we connect with those who wish to illuminate rather then spread disinformation and fear. For a few moments it makes me think about all those who like to sit in judgment about things they do not truly understand, choosing instead to be ill informed rather than taking the time to go within and feel the rhythm of love and in this rhythm to open to the truth of their being and ask to receive all the gifts that this pure pulse of love can bring. And in this rhythm of love, all I can feel is compassion and the desire to refine even further all that I am in this world. Was it Mohammed who said that if the people will not come to the mountain, then he would bring the mountain to them? And so it is that it is the job of some to write, or educate, to illuminate and support the breaking free of any system that restricts the human heart and spirit from experiencing the purest rhythm of the love that they are.

It is a time of the harmonics of the heart and the harmonics of the home and so situations continue to rise for us all to experience the truth of this in whatever way we need. I do not know if this 67-year-old woman whose inner voice told her to be fed by prana’s stream is ready for this or if her motivation is pure and her guidance true. I do not know what is right for her but it is her path, she is the master she must follow her own heart’s call; just as she must deal with the reactions of those around her when they express their voice of concern. Being in harmony within brings so many freedoms to us all just as being in harmony with family, friends and community will bring many freedoms to our world.

Regardless of the thoughts of the inexperienced observers of our work as it unfolds in the world, the majority of those who gather with me are bright and intelligent people. They do not seek gurus nor are they naïve and ready to be led astray by some charismatic person. They, like myself and many others, have reached a point in their lives where they have asked, “Is the reality I have created, really serving myself and is it beneficially serving all in this world?” If the answer is ‘no’ then they seek ways to change their model of reality until it is; and if the answer is ‘yes’ then they seek to gather with others to share and combine their energies so that together we can enjoy a different harmony which is the unifying rhythm of love in our world.

I must admit that it was strange this tour for this type of resistance to rise once more around me, as it is so rare that is does this these days. Most people who come to our retreats choose to be well informed and have learnt to check things via the innernet and trust their intuitive guidance; still it has been beneficial to look at exactly what we have achieved.

In our book The Prana Program, we shared that my role with this was as follows:-
1.    Discover The Prana Program’s gifts and live it all experientially thus proving to myself beyond a doubt its infinite possibilities as outlined in all of our books. This is a journey I intuitively began preparation for as a child.
2.    Research all that I could on the subject, write about it and offer my research to the world in a pragmatic and simple way as possible. This included researching and simplifying data in the ancient and hidden mystery schools and personally undergoing various alchemical initiations.
3.    Be a bridge regarding The Prana Program between the eastern understanding, and my own experience of prana, and introduce the benefits of increasing the pranic flow as widely as possible to the west in a way that supports the paradise agenda.
4.    Find and support other proponents of this –  Hira Ratan Manek, Zinaida Baranova, the Bigu states in the Qigong networks –  and introduce their methodologies through our networks.
5.    Be a media spokesperson for The Prana Program and via holistic education principles utilize the media to anchor The Prana Program reality in the morphogenetic field.
6.    Set up both innernet and internet communications systems to share our research en mass as per my constant touring, books and websites.
7.    Introduce The Prana Program and its benefits through political networks, and formulate an effective program to combine and share our research with existing aid and resource redistribution programs via the United Nations and others.

Over the last decade we have achieved points 1 to 7 and have been supported by great Grace as we always are when we fulfill our blueprint. It was not in my blueprint to give a year or two of my time – as Hira Ratan Manek the solar gazer has done – to personally be involved with extensive medical and scientific testing. Yet it was in my blueprint to act as a cosmic reporter and share the results of Hira’s testing which has essentially proven the same thing – that a person can access enough prana, as an alternate form of nourishment so that they are free from the need to take physical food.

With all of this accomplished it is so nice to now move on to the more pragmatic applications of the agendas of the Embassy of Peace knowing that people will experience this freedom of pranic living in their own time, when their resonance is right and when their hearts are open to such things. Fulfilling our pre-agreed agendas as joyously and with as much integrity as we can is always such a satisfying thing to do even though it is sometimes tempting to look back and see easier pathways to achieve it all. Still we do what we can as best we can in any given moment and from all of this we grow and learn.

11th July, 2009 - Tallinn, Estonia

I have been asking the U.F.I. (Universal Field of Infinite Love and Intelligence) for ways of working with large groups to harmonize us quickly and effectively so that as many as possible can receive deeper insight and experience of all that is shared; and so I expect this will now occur for we know that we have entered into a time where anything that we request that is beneficial for us all is supported.

I have also been asking for the perfect way to deal with the few unbalanced reports about our work on the internet – including the 60 Minutes video and the misinformation on Wikipedia – and this morning I received the instruction to tell everything as a story, to share our truths like stories, for the only truth a human can know is when we are immersed in the “IS”ness of the deepest field of love. Everything else is a JUST a story, a story of limitation or a story of seeking to be limitless, or a story of the experience of limitless. The guidance made me smile from deep in my heart as something does when it is a truth for us.

Life is easier as a teller of stories as they are less confrontational for people than someone claiming something as a truth when people are not yet ready to hear it. Stories plant seeds of possibility that blossom in their own time once they capture people’s hearts and imagination.

Silence in meditation also reveals to us so much – messages, insights and more. The message to me from Russia was “Worship at the altar of your own Divinity.” The message from my experiences in Lithuania is to be again the storyteller that I was so many timelines ago and the message here is just to be still, present in the moment and listen.

So here I sit in a small Estonian café, listening to beautiful local music, watching the tourists flow by, talking to a 14-year-old girl who loves to write and so is fascinated by my presence and so I relax, drink my coffee and thoroughly enjoy the moment. The market square in the middle of old town Tallinn is filled with people selling wonderful handicrafts, all dressed in traditional costume; the sun is shining and music fills the air as their cultural dances begin. The day is glorious with its blue skies and filled with a sense of knowing that something about to be born within me and then a subtle shift occurs as the spirit of the land arises around me and begins to download a new story that it calls ‘Gaia’s Song’. Brief but beautiful it completes the questions of “What on earth is going on?” so poignantly and so we will later add this story to our YouTube channel.

15th-22nd July, 2009 -Sacred Art Retreat Bavaria, Germany:

Again we gather with a wonderful group of people who have come to enjoy our Sacred Art Retreat in Germany – which is the first time that we have done this type of retreat here. For the first few days – as usual – people’s energies are being harmonized so that we can all come into the subtle frequencies of more creative, right-brain activity, that is required for us all to really gain the true gifts that are here. It is always interesting to watch each person blossoming as they surrender into the creative process – whether it is via meditation or the use of sacred art and accompanying music.

My favorite music at this time is by the group Fantuzzi who I met recently at the wonderful Raw Spirit Festival in Santa Barbara. Their album “Divine Inspiration” personifies the luscious lifestyles program point number 8, regarding the nourishment that we gain from listening to sacred songs that are sung with great devotion. I cannot recommend this CD highly enough particularly the songs “Holy Holy” and “Shalon Salam”, although all of the tracks are so beautiful as each is sung with great heart. To enjoy this as much as I do you can go to www.fantuzzi.com to order your own copy.  (As many of you know I have also been particularly enamored with the “108 Sacred Names of Mother Divine – Chants of Devi” by Craig Pruess and Ananda as this is also wonderful music to which the heart responds in meditation. Nonetheless, this Fantuzzi CD tends to also speak to every cell and makes the whole body want to dance!)

A week passes so quickly with our group – that I have no time to write – as we enjoy deeper meditations of such power that I rarely experience anywhere else, for our German audience always has a huge capacity for absorbing cosmic energy and downloads. Later as our group visits the sacred chapel of Altötting, all spontaneously do the energy work on the inner plane that is required and all receives again the insights that they need.

Every day now I find myself grinning like a Cheshire cat as I watch everyone in the group slowly going deeper into the silence and enter more profoundly into their intuitive nature as they realize exactly what is being offered here. A week to paint, to sing and dance, to enjoy great fresh food and fun people, a place to meditate and dive deeply into other realms within. All of this nourishes us all so deeply and in such a different way that with these new energies abounding all around us now, it all feels like such a breath of fresh air. At the end of our time together we have an exhibition that adorns the walls of the retreat with color, beauty and form as each piece touches everyone’s heart to deliver messages previously unseen before we depart to return to our corners in this world.

Within the week I am back home again preparing for the next leg of this year’s tour journey which will bring us into India and back to the Global Congress in Pyramid Valley 2nd-7th October. This will be followed by a 5 day retreat at Our Native Village (www.ournativevillage.com) from the 9th-14th October plus a few days in Mumbai from the 17th-18th. And so tour time continues as does my learning and all that is gained when we come together with pure hearts and open minds to play. Fun, fluid & flexible!

 INDIA INSIGHTS

11th September, 2009 - Australia
A heavy mist rolls over the paddocks as the bus makes its way to the airport for us to catch our flight to India. For the first time in 16 years I will be spending two weeks travelling for personal fun and adventure then two weeks for all our usual service work. The sun has just risen so the light through the mist is surreal, a good beginning to our new adventure. For the first time also, I am taking my youngest daughter with me. At 31 she hasn’t spent time yet in Asia and is nervous in an excited way, to be coming with me now to India. With a head full of stories of everyone else’s experiences she is keen to have her own, open to a new adventure in life. Both of us have strong karmic ties to the land and it always calls me back.

13th September, 2009 - Delhi, India

After 22 hours of awake time we finally put heads to pillows and stretch out in a proper bed and sleep before our tour begins. The ancient city of Varanasi, the sacred Ganges, Rajasthan and Pushkar – all of it and more awaits us with the dawn, along with a dozen other faces of strangers who will form part of our upcoming tour. With my current focus of community harmonics it will be interesting to see how all of our energies integrate and mix.

14-15th September, 2009 - Delhi

My stomach muscles ache from continual laughter as my daughter and I sit quietly in the corner of a hotel room in Delhi. There are 11 in the group, many Australians and the humor of all is intoxicating as everyone shares stories and insights of their time here. An older Indian woman from Fiji is singing and our India guide joins her, adding typical Bollywood expressions and movements to the song. There is a sense of danger in the chaos here that we all have felt, particularly catching auto-rickshaws, whose highly skilled manoeuvrings make for highly amusing stories and the opportunity to laugh now is like a pressure release valve as well.

Our time in Delhi passes quickly with many lessons learned for those in our group who have not been to India before. Learning to ignore the beggars who pull at our heart-strings, presenting a seemingly insurmountable problem that tourists just cannot avoid; everyone wants something so that they can survive and the words “we manage” are said time and time again when locals are asked how they handle it all.
Later we board a train at 10pm and 12 hours later arrive in Mirzapur to catch our boats to sail the Ganges for a few days. The train ride itself is chaotic and crammed with the bodies of people trying to sleep, yet all of it is strangely hypnotic. Sleep comes in fits and starts, not for long periods, but enough to refresh the body and mind. It is strange to think that in a week or two this small village will be overrun by the actress Julia Roberts and her security and film crew who are doing the movie “Eat, Pray, Love.”

17-19th September, 2009 - Ganges

It is nearly impossible to describe the beauty and energy of the Ganges, the sacred river that the Indian’s call Ganga Ji. After arriving hot and a little tired off the train we shower and are driven to the river where 4 wooden boats arrive – 1 for the kitchen crew and 3 for the group. The passenger boats are spread with mattresses and blankets for us to lounge, Cleopatra-style, for a slow sail down the river. After the hectic energy of Delhi, it is all so peaceful and just wonderful to lie back and casually chat as the group open to each other and bond with stories of life and learning. Stories of loving will no doubt come later from among the nine women that are present.

There are no motors on the boats, just the muscle power of the boatmen, who are much stronger than they first appear. Thankfully we are flowing with the current as we make our way to Varanasi, so their rowing work is easier. By 5 pm we pull over to the bank of a beautiful island filled with white sand and dotted with tall grass with white feather-like fronds that gently sway in the breeze. The scene is captivating, like something from an Arabian night’s movie, especially once our tents are pitched and the campsite is ready for our occupation.

Although the water is muddy it is not polluted here and so we gingerly step through the slippery mud to bathe in the Ganges – an opportunity too good to miss and so we enter the sacred streams with reverence. Yet it is an experience I thought I could never have as everyone said not to swim in the river unless you are a local. We are told that dolphins born in the Ganges with perfect sight soon become blind because of the pollution. The sun is setting and the light of dusk casts a surreal glow around us, made more so by the crew stepping into the river to serve us all Masala chai. These are magical moments that sometimes occur in life, that leave an imprint so deep within us of just how special and simple things can be. A good group, lots of laughter, open hearted people, a beautiful natural environment and a special experience is had by us all. “Wow” is a word used a lot here now for we feel like children being given an unexpected treat, especially after our time in Delhi.

The days pass quickly on the river and before we know it we arrive in Varanasi, happy to finally be able to shower and take some respite from the heat. The 38 degree Celsius temperatures continue but without the river breeze. Still, big fans in our hotel and relatively clean, filtered and freely flowing cold water for showers nearly compensate for where we have been, yet all of us have a look of longing when recounting our time on the Ganga herself. The river is sacred to those open to feel her beat but then so much is in India.

Later at night after a day of rest, we take to the river again to release biodegradable candles in leaves that float with our prayers, as sitar players strum melodies that remind all of another time, a time of grandeur, of kings and wealth, and where order and beauty dominated over the chaos here. We soon pass the burning ghat where an average of 300 bodies a day are purified then burnt beside this Holy River before their ashes go back to the water. All is done with loving attention and as the sky darkens, the fires seem brighter and a breeze allows all on board to consume, via our breath, the remains of those burning so close beside us. It seems strangely natural that all of us share the same particles this way, something that is unavoidable for anyone passing by the burning ghats. As we motor back up the river, having floated down, carried on a current so strong, the boat soon attaches itself to many other boats that are stationed at the main Ghat for the evenings Pooja, where thousands have gathered to hear the Holy men sing their special prayers. They dance with big incense containers and also huge candelabra’s, alight with candles that they swing in ritualized motion to bless the attending crowd.

An energy has begun to rise again within me; preparing me for the coming days of work - we will soon leave the group to go to Mumbai and attend a huge Congress of Healers where I am to present the Luscious Lifestyle Program. But in this moment here, now, again I find myself also in deep prayer, feeling so thankful to be the watcher of it all, so thankful to witness such ritual and hear such ancient songs, mantras that have been sung for 5,000 years, passed down but not diluted or polluted with time.

19th September, 2009

We barely escape two near fatal crashes in the taxi on the way to the airport today so I feel the Gods are smiling! No need to go into details as anyone who has been to India knows the chaos of traffic here. There seems to be no road rules and anything goes and drivers cannot be distracted for one moment. All of it can be exhausting as my daughter laughs in nervous relief and I give thanks in prayer each time we escape collision. Still we finally make it and board our flight ready for our next adventure.

20th September, 2009 - Mumbai

People change, cities change and Mumbai has also changed so much since I was last here nearly a decade ago. The city feels less hectic, calmer and cleaner and our more up market accommodation is a welcome sight after our hotel in Varanasi and yet we love it all. India is so rich in her cultures and also in her extremes for everything is to be found here.

While my daughter takes quiet time virtually hibernating in the hotel, I attend the Holistic Health Congress where I am a guest speaker and enjoy the afternoon with many who are open to both personal and global health and harmony. As always in India, I am astounded at how many doctors and scientists I meet at these types of gatherings, people who like myself have been meditating for decades and who appreciate and are open to add to metaphysical research.

21st September, 2009

An energy of such sweet, seductive power has risen up within me, calling me into it and so I sit in still silence and allow myself to surrender fully into it. There are no words to even describe this space or how when we bathe in this infinite well of love, we feel so complete, so pure and yet aware because of the purity of what we are bathing in. It’s as if there is an invisible hand on an internal dial that is cranking up the volume of something so indescribable that rises to engulf us in the most perfect and profound yet subtle way. It is an experience full of paradoxes that leaves a smile on our face and an imprint in our being that cannot be fully understood, only appreciated and enjoyed for all that it is. It brings peace, contentment and nourishment in so many ways and it reveals itself in its own way, in its own time, when the energy streams can match it within us and around us. And yet we are never separate from it, it is always there, just its volume alters, the strength or subtlety with which it flows, and so I sit with our host, Shreyans, and indulge myself in this rhythm of love until the outside world calls us to rise and board another plane and rejoin our group of travelers in Rajasthan.

22nd September, 2009 - Jaipur, Rajasthan

It’s great to catch up with everyone who, after our shared adventures, have begun to feel like family. Travel can do this, it bonds us via shared adventures and that night we attend the local cinema to see the new release of a Bollywood film, an experience that enchants me for I’ve never seen anything like it! A thousand people in a beautiful auditorium all cheering and whistling as their favorite Bollywood actors appear. The audience is enthralled and show it throughout the screening and, although most of the film is in Hindi with no subtitles, the plot is easy to follow, and the songs and messages are uplifting.

This morning our group went to the Ambr Fort and as we waited for the local bus to take us back to the city, we were accosted again by a gang of hungry street kids. Beggars here are everywhere and the governments of most Third World countries have enforced a ‘do not give money to the beggars’ policy as they are encouraging their people into more dignified jobs. Begging is often part of organized street gang activity with Fagan-like characters beating children into submission and babies being borrowed and placed on hips then pinched to cry as part of the show. All of it is part of the survival game as people manage the best they can, given the circumstance they find themselves in this life.

I found all of this so heart wrenching when I first came to India nearly a decade ago; and this morning it hit me again as I watched a child being beaten by an older man because he refused to approach our group and beg. After a little contemplation and meditation I found myself buying enough food from a street vendor to feed a woman, her children and some of the street kids and to make sure that they ate rather than passing it on to the gang controller who had suddenly disappeared from the scene. All of them set upon the food as if they hadn’t eaten in a week, particularly the younger children whose grins and joy filled eyes, at being given their own meal, were so heartfelt that all in our group were moved. Such a small gesture that hopefully had no negative repercussions for them all as in India one good dead can create more chaos than the deed is worth especially when dealing with the begging game of organized gangs.

23rd September, 2009 - Roopangarh, Rajasthan

Buses, jeeps, a long drive and finally we enter the small town of Roopangarh where we stay in an old Palace Fort that has now become a hotel. The rooms are breezy and spacious, the cold water hot, yet again everything is a visual delight. A walk through the village to meet the town’s people busy at their trade reveals another side to Indian life as we are welcomed with open arms by smiley faces of people curious to know more about us. The only thing they want is for us to take their photos and show them on the camera screens and to this they giggle and ask for more. Head shots, full body shots, group shots – the list is endless and all viewings end in fits of laughter. Mesmerized by the children I am separated from the group and as I turn from them to catch up, I twist my ankle slightly as I step into a gap in the pavement and nearly lose my balance.

Undeterred we move on, the incident forgotten until later when I tread on a rock in the darkness and my foot slides again to the side. The pain is excruciating, shooting up to my knee as I sit in the village square to watch the locals dance, for it is the festival of the Goddess and all villages are in celebration mode each night. The villages are excited to have us there, especially as all the women in our group are in saris and the young ones in our group have joined the locals in their dance. All are amused, all are welcomed and the night is a glorious merging of cultures and customs. My daughter dances among them resplendent in her red and green sari, looking more beautiful than ever before and the village children are enchanted, so happy we have come. Again, as always when I am in India, I feel the warmth of the rhythm of love rising within me and then an out pouring of this love for the people of this land. Sweet faces, sweet, shiny eyes, sweet people who, unlike many in the cities here, seem to be content, not just managing, but also enjoying the rhythm of their life.

The next day the group leave me at the hotel in Pushkar to enjoy their camel rides and night out in the desert camping. While I’d love to be among them, my foot requires its rest and my being is happy for the stillness and alone time, a chance to write and integrate, to meditate and contemplate the beauty and the wonder of all that I have seen. Some people love India, some hate it, others like me just enjoy the richness of it all, the highs and lows and all of the extremes that this culture offers. I cannot even begin to understand how our work will unfold here or what is truly required and yet it will, as it always does, in the right way, in the right time, exactly as is needed. And of this I can be sure.

25th September, 2009 - Pushkar, India

The festival of the Goddess continues in the Holy city of Pushkar and as we walk the streets of our final morning here, we find ourselves corralled by the youth and taken to the Holy men who prepare us for Pooja. The ritual is said to clear all our past karma and for an extra donation they can clear the karma of our family. I close my eyes and open my heart and go beyond the commercialism of it all as we sit together on the ghat beside the Holy Lake. The sun is shining through a clear blue sky, a breeze is blowing to ease the 40 degree Celsius heat and so the chants and prayers continue around me and in this I feel the deep peace that abounds here, this place of pilgrimage where many come to worship. Brahma, Vishnu, Shiva, Durga, Lakshmi and more all are present here, their energy permeating the temples but today is Shakti’s day, a day of prayers, purification and peace, of palpable energies that seem to rise and then swim through us all.

I like India and all that it contains, from the mischievous monkeys, to the confident conveyors of goods whose prices change according to the color of a shopper’s skin. I like the Holy men and those who pretend to be so, and the youths who follow us in the street, always telling us how Ricky Ponting the captain of Australian cricket team is their best friend. I like the quiet dignity of the older women who greet me as if I am one of their own, their toothy or toothless grins, their sparkling eyes and bright saris and bangled arms. I like the sound of the children’s laughter as they tease each other or dance around us in the street, begging for alms or asking for their photos to be taken as if they know it is all just a game. Each village, each city is different, each scene unfolding like some crazy cosmic play where cows, dogs, pigs and camels proudly walk the streets picking their way through the rubbish that also lines the streets.

A few hours later we board the train that will take us back to Delhi where tomorrow our group will go our separate ways.

With media interviews done in Mumbai and via phone wherever our group has been, I look forward to the next stage of our journey at the Global Congress for Spiritual Scientists in Pyramid Valley. It will be good to see Patriji again and share the stage with Shri Shri Ravi Shankar and the others that will be there. All of us focused in our way on similar issues and the things that confront an awakening world. It has been good to take this time and be a tourist for this short while, to travel with my daughter and this group of strangers who have now all become friends and to have India reveal a little more of herself to us all. With them I have visited places I never would have gone alone, with them we have shared experiences that come to those who meet in friendship with open hearts and minds, keen to explore new places and new ways and enjoy the gifts that then come.
Though it is my fifth time in India it is the first time I have eaten any of her food, a practice I have found myself recently more open to, to be someone who truly is at choice, who can act appropriately when called. This was also my daughter’s time not just mine and it was nice to not draw attention to myself and my usual choice to live only on prana. The food flavors are rich here as is Indian life and my body can take just a little, though my soul absorbs it all. And as our train pulls back into Delhi station I know that my heart will always feel the joy of India’s call.

28th September, 2009 - Agra

The drive to Agra takes most of the day and so we stop along the way to stock up on local devotional music. I ask the man at the music desk for music with pure heart and his face lights up in the biggest smile and tears fill his eyes as he tells me he has been waiting 12 years for someone to ask him that. I had already selected 4 CD’s which he tells me are his favorite and the best selection of the CD’s available in his area. His eyes are filled with wisdom and love, another shiny person who is happy to share something he also loves. Music unites us all and as we listen in the car I think of the new CD we are currently recording in our local studio in Australia. Called ‘Alien Sounds’ the studio is manned by an aware spiritualist whose background includes theosophical training and whose musical guidance is proving invaluable. While I’ve had no musical training this life, the CD is coming together with great grace and thankfully modern day technology frees us from the need to have perfect pitch.

29th September, 2009

The festival of Dussehra for Shri Ram’s triumph of good over evil is being celebrated today and as I stand outside the Taj Mahal filming the procession, young girls come up to me and paint my face in reds, pinks and yellows. Everyone in the street looks at this and laughs, so happy that I am happy to be part of their celebrations. In moments they have painted my daughters face as well and after that everywhere we walk people laugh good naturedly at how we both look with our brightly colored faces. Again these are moments that happen so spontaneously that they make me love India even more.

India is a land that prompts reflections and introspections for us all and so it is with me as so many have said how they’ve envied my life. Yet like others, I have learnt that many things that we seek, when found, do not fulfill the human heart in the way that some hope. Fame, fortune, a love affair – while all these offer gifts to the seeker – none of these can provide the type of nourishment that brings the real “Ahha” moments where all of our hungers disappear. And yet freedom from the quest for these things can sometimes only come when we have attained them and fully explored and reveled in them. This of course is another interesting paradox in the matrix of life so it can be hard for someone who longs for fame, love or fortune to understand that another being may have no interest in these things or that there are seekers in our world who follow a different call like I choose to do. Sometimes seekers do not know what they are seeking until they find themselves immersed in the experience that takes away the mind, the judgment, the questions and the seeking. Only experience can deliver us into the ‘I know that I know’ or the ‘I AM that I AM’ of mastery which a seeker of esoteric truth will eventually come to BE. It is the doing that eventually allows the Being. It’s the seeking that allows the Beingness to be revealed. And it is in the purity of Beingness, where our essence lies, that we see that all the rest are just stories, streams of energy passing by that offer distraction, shadows and also richness to our lives if required. All of it bubbles and flows through the matrix of life within us and around us. And all of this India demonstrates to the watcher for India holds so many stories just by the sheer number of her people. Officially 1.2 billion people, unofficially maybe 20% more, each one existing in the truth or illusion of their own creation, just as we all do in the world.

As we spend this free time in Agra we find ourselves missing Mahi, our tour guide of the past 15 days, his ways of dealing with Indian life and his ability to make our journey smoother. India is no place for the gullible or naive as the main story here for many is just the need to survive. So many games are played around money with tourists, with the object to have us buy as much as possible regardless of whether we want or need the product. Their energy can be incessant and overwhelming for our Rupees can simply mean their family will eat that night.

People come to India to discover the secrets of the holy men and how the human heart can thrive, yet all of this is also surrounded by stories, of the epic tales of Ram or Krishna, the teachings of the Gita, the Vedas and more. The countless babas and gurus – some of who go to a University for Holy men where they can study for up to 18 years or more in order to become more holy.

What makes a person holy?

What makes a life feel holy?

What makes a moment holy?
These are also some questions that many come to India to have answered.

4th October, 2009

The Global Congress of Spiritual Scientists is flowing well again, with presenters coming from all over the world to share their spiritual science projects. Patriji is his usual sweet supportive self as is the staff and it is good to see them all again. My daughter decided to stay on with me in India for another week and bathe in the energy of this new group of loving people, which has of course added another beautiful layer to her travels in this amazing land.

It is peaceful here, the energies sweet and gentle without any of the hectic chaos of Delhi or city life. The Valley is beautiful, the pyramid power strong and vibrant, uplifting all who sit in it to meditate and share for pyramids, like crystals, amplify and direct energy flows. All who attend here share the same vision of a peaceful unified world and so to be in their field is food for us all on so many levels.

Meeting Shri Shri Ravi Shankar

Two nights ago after my presentation, Shri Shri Ravi Shankar gave the evening’s keynote address to a packed hall, where he spoke of the things that all of us are bound by; the need for holistic education, to introduce meditation and vegetarianism widely through the world and much more.
Tonight we were invited for a private audience with him at his ashram, as his international headquarters is only 15 minutes away from Pyramid Valley. What they have created there over the last 20 years is amazing. A beautiful lotus shaped meditation hall complex, schools, infrastructure to support a huge community of aware people who are involved in the Art of Living courses and lifestyle.

As we wait to meet with him we meet his sister who invites us to her 2011 Global Women’s Congress that she holds every 2 years. Of course it will be an honor to attend.

Soon we are called to sit with Shri Shri. I feel him to be a sweet and gentle man, who I know likes to sing and who I notice, seems to have a limitless capacity to be available to the streams of people who constantly seek an audience with him. We all sit together under a full moon, silent, smiling with not much to say. We neither need nor seek anything from each other and we all appreciate the demands on his time. He talks about the recent flooding and loss of life north of here and how he was called by the government to come and be with the people who’d lost everything – not just their homes but also their loved ones and how his group distributed practical things like food and blankets, money and clothes as well as hope, since their foundation is in a position to do this. Much of their work is charity service based and the list of their projects is huge and it feels great to be with people who are such compassionate examples of love in practical action. Yes the ashram-compound is beautiful and operates like a well oiled machine with great infrastructure and yes it still holds the guru-devotee paradigm which is so strongly expressed and also appreciated in India. And yes Shri Shri is a sweet loving being who radiates calmness from his inner core and yes it was great to meet and greet and just spend this brief time together. As we prepare to leave he tells me that he too would like to live on light and so I leave him The Prana Program book and trust that he will absorb its contents when and if it is appropriate.

Another adventure in India.

The next night I spend hours in the dining hall sharing deeply of many things with one of the other presenters as we blend our energies and talk about being in the public eye. She is a shy author with a well selling book who prefers to be at home and write and who finds the whole ‘being in the lime-light-public-eye’ thing difficult. I tell her I was the same, that I’m also naturally quiet and shy although that is not how it appears on stage due to the inner plane night time training that I underwent in my early public years. Yet sometimes life draws us into streams of reality we would never have actively sought because it is tied up with our service agenda and so we learn, adjust and make the best and most of it regardless. I hold no personal interest in being a public figure, I have no desire for any of it and yet it is done because that’s what has been required, just as it is now required for her to leave her sanctuary and take her insights on the road along with the books she has written. Resisting is useless so we may as well get trained and enjoy each moment. We bond deeply as like-minded soul sisters do and I promise to keep in touch and come to her village the next time I’m in India.

Later that evening I stumble again as the wind billows out my wide leg silk pants and my toe gets caught in the material. There are many stairs to potentially fall down and so I dance in mid air trying to free my foot and keep myself upright and make sure I land safely which I do, but I twist my left ankle again and feel the ligaments stretch. I manage to hobble as gracefully as possible to my room where I collapse on the bed, unable to stand any pressure on my foot. Two sprains in my left ankle in two weeks, wearing the same light silk pants with open toed sandals so I decide to only wear the pants with closed in shoes in future.

This hasn’t happened before, I have never hurt my physical self like this for many years, in all my time of hectic travel to extreme places, I have only received one small bloody toe when I was in the heart of the Amazon jungles, so the symbolism here is interesting and worth pondering.

Later I realize that India is a country of support systems and I have been rejecting offers here of support on so many practical levels. “I’m an independent woman,” I tell those who offer to bring me things with a sweet smile. “No thanks, I’m fine,” I have regularly said here. Their offers range from carrying my bag to bringing me things for comfort and I realize that people here love to help and support each other and so injuring my ankle again is a message for me to let them. I realize also that for my feminine intuitive nature to be expressed in service here I need to allow myself to be supported as my left ankle represents my feminine side and the ankle itself support. Okay. Message received, and now the job begins on healing my ankle quickly.

And so I begin to talk to my body, and to release the cellular weakness in the ankle area, which formed when I was around 8 years old and nearly drowned. It was my first near death experience and as I lie in my bed here now, willing the molecules in my ankle to rearrange themselves through the body and to bring new molecules to the area so the pain is disbursed and the healing sped up, I relive this childhood experience.

Running along the concrete at the local pool, slipping, my left foot sliding into that narrow space of the hand rail and the wall, my bone snapping, ankle flesh swelling, me under the water, there’s no help yet but thankfully I don’t panic and I hold my breath. Then I hear a multitude of voices, of children around me, who observe it all unsure what to do. Next I sense an adult jumping in to the water, then reaching down to bring my head up for air, holding me there until they can unscrew the railing and release my damaged limb. I sense soothing water, relief then calm for I am safe. In the background I hear sirens blaring of an ambulance, hospital, my worried parents, my left leg being cast. The scenes then shift to my feeling’s of boredom as my left foot is in plaster all summer long … All of these scenes and feelings flash through me as I now will my body to heal, and all of this the body releases as it listens to my commands. And yet the physical damage is done.

The pain continues to build, throbbing, pulsing all night long and in the morning I call for help. A car to drive me up for my workshop; but before this some herbal Indian salve and a bandage, and still I continue to will my ankle to heal. “I need time,” it tells me, “yes I know,” I reply, “but I’ve a two day workshop to do.” The ligaments are torn, the sprain is bad, a doctor would prescribe bed rest then crutches. “It will be fine in a few weeks,” I hear a doctor say in my mind, “Rest, ice, compression, you’ll be good. It will just take time.” But we have work to do and there is no time for rest yet. So I ask that during our workshop, that an extra dose of healing energies can come through for my still excruciatingly painful ankle, as it is agony to walk and climb the many stairs into and out of the Pyramid.

People attending offer me help with healing devices which I accept and use in our break time. Later an orange clad Swami offers his help which feels right to accept as well. He has come to the Congress to meet me at the invitation of a mutual friend of ours.

The Swami Story (Swami Nardanand – Siddha Ashram)

That evening 20 hours after my ankle tendon tear, the swami stands over my foot and tells me to close my eyes. He draws ancient symbols on top of, and beneath my left foot, then pushes it back and whacks it hard causing me to take a sharp intake of breath. He does this three times, then tells me to stand and put all my weight on my foot. I do.
“How does it feel? Walk,” he says.
I hobble, the pain is still intense but it does feel better.
“Okay lie down, you need more.”
I do as invited and he sits in the chair beside me and goes deep into a meditative state as do I. We both focus on my ankle, me re-knitting and reweaving the energy fields to repair the damage in the foot and him silently doing what he does.
“Okay, stand, walk, put your full weight on your foot,” he says again and again I do. It feels better but there is still pain. He tells me it will be 100% healed in the morning and as we sit again he shares his story.
“I am not a healer,” he says. “But I do what is required for some who need it.”
“Nor am I,” I reply and share how we use group energy which has been performing many wondrous tasks.

He tells me how as a young man he contracted malaria, how he suffered greatly for a year, at the end of which he was so exhausted all he wanted was to die. He says it was then that a swami he greatly revered, who was no longer in body, came to him in a dream and showed him a specific selection of herbs which he was to mix and take to get well. He followed the instructions and was cured and found himself with a herbal formula to cure malaria that he felt since it worked for him, it could work for others.
Later ill people would come to him, having heard about his own success, and again he would receive in dream-state or meditation a range of herbs to combine, to cure them of many illnesses – dengue fever, malaria, arthritis, asthma, blood cancer and more.

We talk about his ashram as my foot heals itself quicker than I could do it by myself yet it is still tender to the touch.

We talk about the sun temple in his town that he feels compelled to restore as it is said to be the exact spot where time began in the zodiac of life on Earth. And then we talk about his camp at Kumbh Mela this coming year.
Kumbh Mela is a festival held every 3 years, where all the Indian Sadhus, yogis and Holy men come down from their caves in the Himalayas and out from their ashrams and villages. It is a melting pot of millions, sharing and connecting in the most amazing ways and at the new moon each month the Naga (naked) ones do their ritual bathing which many come to watch.

I’d asked the Universe to bring me the perfect connection if I was to be at Kumbh Mela this coming year and in walks this interesting swami to the Congress at Pyramid Valley.

Anyway, I like him. His eyes are gentle and kind and my friend Anne, who knows him well, assures me he is genuine, open and ‘cool’. As Anne and he later get up to leave and I rise to join them, he sees me still unable to put my full weight on my left foot, so tells me to lie down again and close my eyes. He repeats the ancient symbol inscription on my left foot, whacks it 3 times, then tells me to try to walk without a limp. I can’t, it is still too tender. So again he looks me intently in the eyes and says, “In the morning it will be 100%” and with this they leave. I have not slept for the past four nights but now I finally fall asleep and have the longest sleep I have had for a long long time thinking that yes, I like this swami ....

Morning comes, I touch my foot, the top is tender, but as I stand, my foot can easily take all my weight and I can walk with just the slightest hint of a limp. By 5 pm I can dance, pain free, with the group. All are happy to see the change, none more so than me.
Later I acknowledge the swami’s presence to the group and invite them to support him in his work which many are drawn to do.

And so our work has ended in Pyramid Valley where so much was achieved; 6 days, many presenters – Ambassadors from the Damanhur community in Italy sharing research technology where they can hear the song of plants, my friend harp player and healer Erik Berglund, Dr Newton and his wife Lakshmi who are master past-life regressionists, plus others – all presenting their research and gifts to a delighted crowd. Ahh what a week it has been ….

Last night – the 6th – my daughter boarded a plane back to Australia, happy to be going home, but also aware that yes India changes us in deep and also subtle ways. She gathered her own fan club here at Pyramid Valley who begged her to come back with me next year. There is a greater light in her eyes now and while I would have liked to be leaving with her there is still more for me to do. Another week, a new retreat and then I can return to another land that I love, where I can rest awhile and absorb more deeply all that I have learned.

8th October, 2009

I misread the time on my clock to be 10 am and so I take my luggage downstairs, vacating my room only to find it is 9 am and our driver won’t arrive for another hour, but there are no mistakes in timing as I soon find.
I sit in the shade and talk ‘women’s business’ with Hema, a loving woman who has expertly been taking care of all the guests at Pyramid Valley. Just as we complete our conversations, I look up to see a young girl being led over to me by her anxious parents. “She insists on speaking and being with Jasmuheen,” their interpreter says, asking if it is okay. I nod and the young girl sits down in the chair in front of me. She is all wobbly and I realize her brain circuitry is misfiring. I am told her parents are taking her to the hospital tomorrow as they fear she is mentally ill and yet on one level I know that she knows what is going on with her system, for it is plain for me to see.

“She’s not mentally ill,” my spirit guides and I tell her anxious parents, “her body is just receiving a huge influx of energy.” Tears are streaming down her face, her eyes constantly watering as she leans back and shudders in her chair. Her body is having a hard time adjusting to the frequencies that are beaming in, preparing her to be a visionary and clairaudient. Her parents are concerned, frightened for her, shocked at her behavior as 30 days before she was a normal, very intelligent school-girl.

“Last full moon,” they tell me “everything changed; she’s been like this for 40 days, not eating for the last 4. What do we do?” they plead. By this time their daughter has leaned forward and gripped my hands and, as we scan her energy field, I pick up huge activity in her brain wave patterns sensing that it’s almost being fried by all that is flowing through her crown chakra from cosmic sources.

“Cosmic energy coming now,” she chants over and over. “Guru is coming now, serve God, meditate, serve God, just serve God,” she keeps chanting rocking back and forth. Her words are clipped, almost unintelligible and then she stops, sits up right, leans forwards and looks into my eyes and in full lucidity introduces herself, asks my name, notices the color of my nail polish and begins laughing. She knows I know what she is undergoing and that I can help her parents understand so that they won’t commit her to a hospital for the mentally ill.

“She will be a great channel,” we tell them as I go deeper into the meditative trance-like state. “She is being prepared to be a great visionary. Let her do what she needs now,” for they instinctively try to stop her as she falls forward, her body drawing her to the ground.

“Meditate, meditate now,” she says, and finally they allow her. Instinctively she knows what to do and has been flailing her arms around in movements I recognize as moving energy flows, yet up until now her parents keep restraining her, hoping not to draw attention to their well loved daughter who has suddenly been transformed to a crying, shaking, arm moving, shuddering almost unintelligible being.

She meditates in peace for a few moments on the ground, seated in the lotus position then suddenly she lets her body fall backward so she can lie on the earth. It’s clear she’s in a state of being where she has no awareness of hurting herself for she just flops backwards in physical release, her body needing grounding and earth contact. I catch her just before her head bangs down and let her rest gently.
Later she talks about seeing colored streams of energy all around her and others, mentioning the name of a well known Guru who has passed on (I didn’t hear it clearly but those around me know) I sense that this Guru is over-lighting her now on the inner planes and that she will later continue with his work.

“She is a pure soul,” I tell her parents, as I check all I have sensed via the rhythm of my breath and find it to be truth.

She tells me she is in God’s Garden, “yes we are in God’s garden,” I reply, “we are in the garden of love.” She laughs at this with ecstatic joy and repeats it over and over, so relieved that someone else can see where she is.

“We are in the garden of God, we are in the Garden of love.” She keeps laughing and chanting almost hysterically, yet her eyes are wide open now and burning with the brightest light as if her soul is ablaze within her. At the same time her palms are over mine and she is drawing energy from my hand chakras, intuitively stabilizing her own energy fields. While blending with my energy fields and infusing me with her bliss, images of her healing, guiding and channeling for a multitude of others, again flow into my third eye.

I ask her parents for permission to continue to stabilize her energy fields from a distance; particularly her brain and they give it willingly. Then I assign an inner plane angel team and healers to also help her. I ask her if she knows how long this transition will last and to ask God, “How long?” she chants out loud over and over “God! How long?” as she does this the number 16 keeps flashing in my mind.

“Before the next full moon,” I tell them, “by then you will see a big change but she will never be the same. All those gifts are being activated, she has great service work to do, you will see,” we channel through.

As I say this the young girl rises and hugs me tight, resting her head on my heart chakra and I enfold her in my arms. She begins to sob and sob like one who is going through the utmost pain and confusion and has finally found someone who understands her. We flood her with love and rock back and forth as I place my hand on the back of her head, infusing her brain with light, visualizing synapses and nerves settling and integrating the cosmic pulses she is now receiving into a gentler rhythm. And in this embrace we stand.

“Grandmother,” she told me when she first saw me, “you are my grandmother,” and it feels like this now, that I am holding a precious grandchild in my arms.

Her parents appear to be simple folk and as we later summarize all that has occurred, again through their interpreter, we tell them to support her well and not to be alarmed. MRI scans would be good and help them relax but they can’t afford to do this and the changes within their daughter are happening on levels undetectable to the medical eye; and no instruments would be able to show what and why these things are going on.
Can a machine read cosmic energy? Yes, it will pick up electromagnetic disturbances. But can a machine see that a being of great light is infusing this young girl’s brain and rewiring her circuitry to prepare her for a future as a visionary of truth? Unfortunately no machine, except the human machine of supreme consciousness, can do this yet.

Our meeting is done and so she turns and walks away, showing no interest in social graces, so her parents grab her arm and bring her back to me and make her bow and say thanks, which she does and then she laughs again and walks away, no tears this time, just a big bright shiny smile.

Ahh India!! How I love this land.

Within moments our taxi is packed with the Swami and me and 2 others and we hit the road; the Swami heading back to his ashram in Ujjain, a witness to all that just occurred and happy to share his camp at Kumbh Mela with me this March. We drop him at the railway station where he disappears into the crowd and an hour or so later I arrive at the eco-village resort.

9th October, 2009

In India I always meet an abundance of doctors and scientists who are also committed to spiritual life. Because of their own meditation experiences they are always open and fascinated by our research into pranic living for while their yogi have lived on prana for thousands of years, they haven’t done the personal research to understand the science of it all. To have a Western woman among them who has personally experienced this phenomenon and taken the time (16 years) to research it as fully as possible, is an opportunity for discussion they rarely want to miss.

I reflect on my time with this in the West, with so many saying “It’s just not possible!” and then the effort they spend wanting to prove why it’s not possible; and then in India with doctors who say instead “How is it possible?” who then listen to our findings and do corollary research with the data we provide them. This is such a blessing for me, such a difference. Quantum physicists working on the subatomic level, have already proven that we alter an event or flow of particles just by our observation of it, so as we, the Divine Being’s that we are, interact in our mastery with the particle mix contained within our physical form and within the interdimensional realms then we alter reality and ‘normality’ within us and around us in just the same way.

It is all about consciousness.

It is all about BEingness.

Being the Divine force that we are; the force who has a drop of its essence in each body; the force that we can meditate on so that it grows and blossoms within us via the 3 Universal Laws of Love, Oneness and Resonance. The force which in its infinite love, wisdom and power can then deliver through us and to us all its gifts if only we open ourselves to the possibility that

a) it exists and

b) that it has gifts to deliver.

In India the perfect people come to me, as they do in the Western world, open to synthesize what is said and to what radiates through my Beingness, as I open even deeper to allow this force to channel through me and into this physical plane, whatever is the highest harmonic for all.
It’s all about openness, allowance, intention, clarity and resonance.

I may not have all the answers regarding how we will eliminate the hunger issue in India (as discussed as the 4th project in the Madonna Frequency Planetary Peace Program) but I do know that if it can be done, via who and what we are, then it will be done, and so the right networks are forming. Meeting with Shri Shri, reconnecting again with the bright light shining Beings at Pyramid Valley, many who are doctors, coming here to this resort now talking constantly to the media who find me, all of this is weaving a web so important to the fulfilment of the agenda.
And again while I do not have all the ‘how’ details, I do know how to pray and program, how to bathe in this field of infinite love and I know more now how to just relax and be the rhythm of love in action. Hopefully this is enough to manifest in joy all that is to unfold in this land; a land so full of contradictions, a land so rich and pure, a land with so many people who carry the pulse of their ancestors and who are quick to remember who they truly are.
Some say that in our Western world, people have drugged themselves into deep states of unawareness via the pulses of television and general ‘busy’ness and by blindly accepting the limited paradigms of separatist thought forms, through cultural and educational programs, and yet I have witnessed much of this changing as people step back, go within and with open hearts seek resolution so that all may live in peace.
Some say that in India it is the same - that those watching television have been made so hungry for Western wealth and realities that they have lost the desire to listen to their yogis and those who have always spoken the truth here.

• The truth that the kingdom of heaven is within.

• The truth that when we turn our senses within, and be in meditation, only then can we find the river of energy that will bring true freedom from human suffering.

• The truth that it is always time to be kind and compassionate to each other and to all sentient beings.

• The truth that the best master/guru we have is within, breathing us, silently and lovingly supporting our existence.

Yet here in India as in the Western world, once again I see that so many are embracing these ancient paradigms of truth, experiencing them so completely, until they become these truths and no longer exist in worlds of separation, suffering and doubt.
And all of this is such a joy to witness. And so I await the arrival of this next group who are drawn to this retreat in the eco-village, by enjoying the silence and solitude of my own Beingness and all that it contains … smile ….

 South America January 2010

Thursday 7th January, 2010 -Andes Mountains, Chile, South America

It’s early morning and, as I step outside my cabin onto the small veranda that overlooks the Andes Mountains I feel my inner Beingness alight with joy. It is so good to be here. The energy is strong, pure and it nourishes me on all levels.

Some have claimed that the energy that gave birth to Tibet, the Himalayas and all the Indian Sages, has snaked its way down to the Andes and standing here now, it’s so easy to believe this is true.

I love this flow of joy and certainty that has been with me so profoundly the last few months as I’ve been consumed with music and creating the RHYTHMS CD. It’s the same energy that is with me now and I feel so thankful to Dana Tir for arranging our weekend seminar here.

I spend my birthday dancing with some of our group around a huge fire, in the Andes Mountains under a cosmic sky filled with the brightest stars I have ever seen. We drum, we dance and we sing and for me a new year begins. The Inca say that I have also completed one important cycle and now will enter another again; older in calendar years, yet younger in heart and soul.

It’s summer in Chile so many have gone on holidays yet all in our group are filled with light, love and open hearted interest. Once more I am reminded how blessed I am to be with people like this who gather so willingly all around the world in small and large numbers, to meditate and share stories of these amazing times. All have something to give, a flavour to add and so the weekend passes in the blink of an eye.

Monday 11th January, 2010 - Lima, Peru

The flow is very smooth here with my hosts, Carla and Fernando, taking good care in all that is done, from collecting me at the airport to the way our seminar flows, showing me city sights I hadn’t expected and so much more. Like in Chile, I quickly fall in love with the group and we spend the weekend doing whatever is required to bond us into deeper levels of bliss and pure awareness as the Divine essence in all steps forth to play.

These past few months I have felt so vast in the Beingness of life yet also in a void. Empty but full; empty of need, agendas or desire yet full and complete; dancing in the energies of Beingness. Energies that are ancient, yet also new, intergalactic, interdimensional and complex in their flavour yet so complete and pure that they need no interpretation at all. Is’ness, Beingness, vacuums and voids, the fullness of awareness of it all, and so the journey flows on as our creations unfold throughout the worlds.

In Peru and also Chile, as in Australia, people express how much they loved the Avatar movie and all that it contains, noting how quickly global consciousness is being imprinted and prepared for all that will unfold. Yet there are moments here now to be immersed in, of peace and great perfection, moments that string themselves together to form a necklace of exquisite jewels.

Soon again in what feels to be a blink of an eye in time, I pass through one airport to land at another for Machu Picchu has called, speaking to my soul and pulling me to its ancient temples with the fervour of a long lost lover.

Friday 15th January, 2010 - Cusco, Peru

In Cusco I spent my first night burning with fever and all that comes with that as my being adjusts to the energies here. I am hot anyway most of the time as the cosmic fire element seems to dominate my system. Cosmic fire is divine love and the more I open to channel music, art, videos or books, the deeper I seem to be anchored in this field. It has also been my baseline program for the last few years that “I am anchored in and experiencing the deepest currents of the purest flows of love within the Matrix.” Mix all this together and voila! Heat.

Still it’s good to be here and I know from past experiences that when this type of purification occurs, it is always about an alignment of frequencies and nearly always it is followed by an initiation of some sort.

Machu Picchu has been calling me for some time now and finally I am here!

Cusco is the capital of the Inca Empire which was developed around 1,200AD as an impressive economic, political, religious, cultural and artistic organism. The Inca Empire included Ecuador, Colombia, Chile, Argentina and Bolivia; and Machu Picchu was said to be the spiritual centre of it all.

Cusco city is about 3300 metres or 11,000 feet above sea level, so adjusting to the altitude can bring headaches and more, yet usually my body adjusts quickly to all the places I find myself in in the world. What I experienced last night was different again but all of it has locked in now, so I rise from my bed feeling tuned, strong and ready for the days to come. Surprisingly Machu Picchu at 2000+ metres above sea level is 1000 metres lower than Cusco, but I am called to see all of it – from the Sacred Valley area to Machu Picchu itself and whatever else that needs to be revealed to me via our interaction with the people here.

Even though it’s the beginning of the rainy season tourists abound and surround me, coming from everywhere around the world to make Cusco feel like an international melting pot of people who are here to tune to the Inca culture. Street musicians, markets, locals selling beautiful handicrafts and silver jewellery and more, the scene in the main plaza is alive with life and rich cultural exchanges; all of it makes me enjoy South America and her people even more.

Machu Picchu was discovered in 1911 by Hiram Bingham, an American explorer who returned regularly to oversee site excavation and restoration of the city and surrounding trails. It is now named as one of the Seven Wonders of the World. Peru itself has 2,450 types of orchids that blossom in the rainy season; and 5,000 different varieties of potatoes. The Andean people are said to have nearly double the red blood cell count as people from the lower cities and coastal areas, and the majority of people here are fit and healthy and strong, due to their active outdoor lifestyle, loving hearts, positive attitudes and high consumption of fruit and vegetables.

18th January, 2010

I am later told that the majority of tourists here are coming from other parts of South America which is unusual but then so many things are unusual in our world these days.

Yesterday while I explored the sacred valley area and enjoyed meditating in the Inca ruins at Ollantaytambo, Cusco was pounded with rain. The rivers today are full, fast flowing and dangerous and the track for the train to go down to Machu Picchu has suffered with a small landslide, so everything has been delayed until it is cleared.

The experience of waiting takes me back to thoughts of my parents who came to Cusco twice and twice attempted to go to Machu Picchu. Both times there were problems with the train so they never fulfilled their dream. I feel as if I am doing this trip to Machu Picchu today for both myself and also them and yet here we are now, experiencing first a landslide and now the train has stopped, two hours into our journey. The surrounding environment is beautiful however and the train is filled with a mixture of so many people, all of us drawn to be in the energy field of this powerful place. After a few more train stops we finally reach Aguas Calientas where we all meet our various guides, drop luggage at the hotel and eventually make our way by bus up to this most famous world heritage site.

19th January, 2010

Outside the hotel workman are digging up the street maybe to replace or lay piping to help carry away the endless streams of water that cascade down the paved road during the rainy season. The scene takes my mind to Haiti and the devastation there, with people still being pulled from the rubble 6-7 days after the earthquake that has claimed so many lives this past week. Medics are amazed that they are still alive after a week with no food or water, yet it is incredible what the human heart can achieve and how the body listens to a person’s strong desire to survive. The world has rallied again, shipping off supplies and donating funds, feeling again an enormous wave of compassion as we did with the last big Tsunami that devastated parts of the South Pacific a few years ago.

Yet the chaos here on the road is restricted to the rubble, for the men themselves are at peace as they attend to the business of digging up the side of the street. I watch as a woman approaches them and hands each one a small round container of breakfast and they take 10 minutes to sit beside the fast red coloured river that tumultuously flows through the small township. The rains bring huge amounts of water plus an energy of strength and cleansing change, which is so invigorating as is the energy of the whole area.

Yesterday afternoon was spent on Machu Picchu Mountain herself walking among what remains of the city that was once there. Its beauty took my breath away. I didn’t expect it to be so lush, so green and opulent in its natural splendour. The constant down pour of rain kept many of the tourists indoors at the restaurant waiting for the rain to subside thus allowing me to take some beautiful photos but not allowing me to be able to sit and meditate for too long anywhere. It was amazing to also witness the volume of water flowing through the ancient aqueducts, utilising the practical drainage systems that the Incan’s built, systems that still work so well today. The guide was wonderful, taking me through the labyrinths of the city via alleyways I would never have discovered, to reveal temples and caves and meeting places where this Inca city civilisation thrived.

The pulse of the land here is pure yet just as they were conquered, so too did the Inca’s conquer those who were before them, as they spread their vast empire over South America before the Spanish came. It’s hard to believe that only 500-600 years ago Machu Picchu was a thriving city with a university and a culture in harmony with the rhythms of the natural world.

The people in Peru are warm and friendly and cater to the tourists in the most professional way, dealing with the chaos of so many nationalities and requirements with a respectful sweetness, and a genuine happiness that we have come to enjoy, along with the culture of their land. Their music is haunting, their costumes colourful and the women work constantly at their craft, dyeing, weaving, knitting and sewing mountain-loads of alpaca and sheep wool products, to sell to those passing by. Everyone seems busy here in one way or another yet the people generally look fit, healthy, happy and strong.

The rains have ceased and today I will return to this sacred mountain centre once more to see it all in a different light, under blue skies rather than grey. And for those in Haiti,  over 3500 kilometres away, all we can do is pray; for Gaia is cleansing and birthing herself into a new time and place and nowhere is this more evident than in Machu Picchu today.

And so I returned to the mountain to climb the thousands of steps to the Door of the Sun, the entry portal on the Inca trail to the city of Machu Picchu. It’s a three hour round trip that took me only two, my body feeling pulled along by an invisible energy stream, pausing only now and then to drink in the incredible views. The Inca trail itself is a marvel to behold and as I bounced along it, I was in awe of what it must have taken to lay the path with so many rocks that are held in place so secure.

There is a lot to feel in awe of in Machu Picchu, especially for people open to harmonious creation with Gaia, our Mother Earth, a spirit called Pachamama by the Indigenous. And in this energy field, here, now, I continue to grow and learn. Later as our train leaves Aguas Calientas with its rapidly rising waters and constant down pour of rain, I sense the protective nature of these natural flows - as if Pachamama is using her tears to keep this place so protected and so pure.

 20th January, 2010

Back in Cusco the next morning I leave my hotel feeling in the mood for a massage when a young girl steps out in front of me and asks if I would like just that. She’s young and sweet and so I follow her to a small room in a nearby complex where I soon discover that she is an excellent masseuse with natural healing hands. Humble yet competent, the small clinic is run by herself and her sister who is just 17-years-old but looks to be about 14. Both are healthy and happy with great skills and energy and, as she sings and talks, I feel an overwhelming love begin to flow through me as Mother Mary’s presence fills my being and radiates out into the girl at my feet.

I love these moments that come so spontaneously, so unexpectedly, in situations I never would have anticipated yet the girl’s heart is open and pure. She tells me her mother died when she was 12, that she’s resting in heaven now, but watching over her still, and I feel this to be such truth.

Meeting people like this girl, who then stimulate the flow of such love through my being, is such a gift and one that I cherish so much. The Divine Mother’s love ray is so compassionate, so empathetic that it transforms all that it touches; none more so than the channel, which feels so good to me now. I love Divine love and I love the purity and silent strength of this shy yet competent young girl.

25th January, 2010 - Venezuela

Like the rest of South America, Venezuela carries a heart and openness, plus a strength within her people that is easy to tune to and recognize. It’s as if the whole of South America is humming with a frequency that is raw, real and potent and to me it feels as if it is preparing to give birth to something grand.

Yesterday the people of Venezuela gathered in the streets in protest and concern at the direction their President has taken – from the recent decisions that resulted in the devaluing of their currency, to the sudden closing of a popular TV station, to much more. Some support and love him, some feel anger and frustrations; others try to rise above it all and keep their focus clear and pure as they hold the vision for a more harmonious world.

In Chile and Peru and now in Venezuela, we spend the days with the groups who gather around us sharing stories with purposeful parables, providing simple yet powerful tools for change, and meditating together, blending and merging our energies so that each one can receive inspirations, impulses, imprints and insights as required. And when all of it is done, I return to my hotel and continue with my own private journey of life on the road, as the witness and sometimes the instigator, of change.

Solitude, stillness, silence – all of it is required for me to dip into, to balance the talking, giving and stories shared. And so I sit and listen to the inner silence, feeling my divine Beingness respond with its rhythm of love and clarity.

“Trust,” it always tells me, “be at peace,” it reminds me again, when any questions arise from my monkey-mind, that part that always assesses and questions. At other times the Grace is so strong, surrounding and supporting all that I am, and all that I do, so that there is no room for the ‘I’ at all, and the monkey-mind becomes silent in its gratitude.

All of it flows through me to and around me, freeing me to dance on waves that alternate between peace-filled detachment and joy, or the sweet space of open-hearted wonder.

26th January, 2010 - Bogota, Colombia

It’s raining here which is unusual for this time of year. It’s also cold as Bogota is 2640 metres above sea level. Yet as I sit by a fire in the apartment of the sister of Patty, my host here, none of this matters, for right here, right now the conversations are engrossing. A government minister sits before me telling me of their plans for new housing to help relocate some of the city’s poor away from the unstable hillsides in the Barrio where they currently live. One sizeable earth tremor and many will die, a situation their government hopes to avoid. We discuss the difference between the favelas in Brazil and the slums in Colombia and there seems to be a lot. The locals tell me that there is less fear here and the police presence is strong in all the shanty towns, unlike in Brazil where the police feel overwhelmed by the magnitude of drug lord’s weaponry and willingness to use them. We discuss the programs of the Embassy of Peace and our various conflict resolution methods and he tells me how hard they are working to implement their programs before a change in government in this next year. He may retain his portfolio but probably not, and so he doesn’t want to see all their good work go to waste by not having the results to speak for themselves. No results and the new government will no doubt throw out much of what they have begun for such is the way in the political world.

It’s interesting to hear his view of society and life in Colombia and all the people present tonight express their love and appreciation for this country, and also their concern for the growing political unrest in nearby Venezuela, whose government they are watching closely. A recent spate of attempted kidnappings of Colombians by Venezuelans hasn’t helped, even though the kidnappings did not succeed. Here like in Mexico, many of the rich are taken and held for ransom which makes life suspenseful for them all.

27th January, 2010

I’m told that the Machu Picchu area is flooded and 2000 tourists have been stranded in Aguas Calientas and I give thanks for the timing that allowed me to leave the area just days before this happened, and then say a silent prayer for the ones that are trapped there. The river was rising so rapidly when I left that none of it surprises me for never have I seen water so dangerous, fast flowing and fierce.

Our evening event is booked out to maximum capacity and the audience is open and focused as we share the tools to always be able to clearly hear the will of the divine voice within. Next we discuss the lifestyle that we utilise to create health and happiness, and then lastly we close with a meditation that unifies us all. Their energy is sweet and strong and I feel drunk on the energy here, especially after the brief meditation that we did in a church this afternoon where Mother Mary’s streams of love were so strong. I feel so much love for all these people, not just those in our audience but also all those in the street, yet I know it’s just Divine Mother Love flowing through me in response to who they are.

A short flight the next day to Pereira, then another evening of introduction to a similar sized audience of a totally different energy - at first they are scattered and restless and then it all begins to coagulate and mix into a sweet, strong pool of focused energy as it always tends to do. With some groups this happens slowly and with others it comes quickly yet thankfully it always comes.

The region around Pereira is known for both its coffee and cocaine and yesterday we did an interview with the biggest local newspaper on the issue of drugs and kidnappings and the need to change Trade Agreements so that South American governments can apply other models than prohibition, to deal with the drug lords and trafficking. It’s a huge problem here, all agree, and yet I know that all of this happens due to humanity’s emotional, mental and spiritual hungers as well. Yet to some this solution of eliminating all of our hungers by merging with our Divine nature, is too simplistic to believe and yet I also know that this is because many still haven’t experienced its power.

The force that loves us enough to give us life is not only loving and wise but it is also the most powerful resource of transformation the any being has access to. It can instantly transform our world if we open the inner plane doors to it well and ask to receive all its gifts and of this I have no doubt. There is no other resource that can do this, that can create the harmonics of unification and peace that many seek and yet this must be experienced to be believed. It is the one energy flow that unifies us all into a common frequency where all hungers disappear, it is the one energy that holds the keys to resolution to all the conflict in our world, no matter how insurmountable the problem may appear.

End of January, 2010

I have begun to read the book “The Elder Brothers” by Alan Ereira about the lost city and the Kogi tribe who withdrew to the mountains near Santa Marta in Colombia to avoid being conquered by the Spanish. Patty my host is a good friend of one of the Kogi Elders and so three of their tribe came to my workshop at the weekend in Pereira, two Mamas – or Priests – plus a woman named Ruth. The Kogi tribe say they are the Elder Brothers and that they have peacefully lived their own lives and ignored the rest of the world of the Younger Brothers (us) for as long as they could. Living in absolute harmony within their world, they have now stepped forth to share a little of their wisdom with the message that we need to be more honouring and take better care of Gaia – Pachamama – and that unless we do, very hard times will come. They say we still have time to change our ways; that it’s not too late to listen and alter our path to create our own salvation. Theirs is of course a common message yet to be in their presence is different and so we took advantage of the Kogi’s attendance and invited them to address the weekend audience, which for them was quite a large one. With the eldest Mama speaking in their native language and the youngest Mama then translating his words into Spanish, and my translator whispering the English equivalent into my ear, it was all a great layer to add to our Pereira gathering and one that we all appreciated.

On Sunday morning I awoke to begin the last day of the seminar with virtually no voice and only the ability to whisper. This is the second time it has happened in 16 years of constant travel yet the day flowed on regardless bringing through a different energy again. My translator sat close beside me as I whispered into the microphone and she then said it all in Spanish. The meditations went deep, the audience so open and compassionate, offering any help to heal my throat that they felt was appropriate. At the end of the day came a standing ovation plus endless hugs and tears in eyes, as the audience expressed their love, and love channelled through my being in response to their love – filling my body with warmth and all eyes with more tears for all that had been shared. There is such a joy to being with the people of South America who I love as much as the Thai. Both are so open-hearted and giving, so genuine in their care of each other and strangers who soon become family to them all. Thailand’s people – being mainly Buddhist – are quiet and gentle while the South American people are more gregarious and joyful for they are people who love to dance and sing, who love family and sharing their homes and hearts.

I have a few more days here as all flights home earlier were booked out and so I rest, read and go into silence so the muscles in my throat can also rest after five intense weeks of talking with our groups plus politicians, media and more, in so many different situations that arise for an Ambassador of Peace these days. I look forward to the day where I no longer have that title and that the Embassy of Peace can close its doors on Earth because none of it will be required. Until then we enjoy each moment and all that unfolds, sharing when required with words, and our presence, being in deep communion in the silence when it draws me and living and loving with appreciation and joy. This world is never boring and there is so much more for us all to understand and experience about the cultures and choices that make up the human life-wave in the here and now so that we can exist in deeper states of harmony.

As I complete this journal entry the Kogi Mamas are downstairs in this abode, sharing more deeply with our hosts who they’ve come to love and trust. No doubt before this day is out there will be more stories to tell. My voice is still only a whisper which also suits me fine. I am a shy and silent person at heart so to sit and just be and listen is also pleasing to my nature.

Yesterday the elder Mama told me that if I search within myself I will find the answer to why I have lost my voice, independent of some contributing factors like being drenched by the storms in Machu Picchu and having to stay in wet clothes until I could return to Agua Calientas and change my clothes which may have weakened my immune system a little, or that my throat muscles get tired from all the talking. The last time I lost my voice I had also been in South America working in Brazil favelas where I felt the throat slowly tighten. A week or so later, in my last event in Europe in the Canary Islands, when I was again in a Spanish speaking land, my voice box suddenly had no sound and so that event also concluded with a whisper.

Losing my voice in Spanish speaking lands, my throat energy weakened in some way … I contemplate this as the Mamas wander the lawn below me. As the Elder looks up and smiles, we meet in heart and mind, and my being is filled with the flash of a powerful vision. I see my Shaman self in another timeline kneeling on the ground, my head held back by the hair by a big rough hand of a man who viciously runs a large sharp edged knife across my exposed throat. Blood rushes out of the gaping wound that has effectively cut through the cords of my voice box and with mouth agape and my voice silenced, I watch as I fall to the ground and die.

Even as I write these words an energy shifts from around my voice box as my body continues to release its tears, so sad at the cruelty of man, still sad at the greed and ignorance that some still hold, for we can all live so well together on Earth even if we choose to exist in different ways. I was so naïve and trusting then, for in that life all were our brothers and sisters, strangers and family alike. All that we had then was shared – our food, our wisdom, our ways and our love and every visit together was a visit of mutual enhancement with our exchanges made in ways that made us all better and stronger. That was the way of many tribes before the Conquistadors came.

Some tapestries of life are long ones, others are shorter of course, with each life a pattern of colour, a weave of threads, rough and smooth, from which we grow and learn. My throat is still tender yet slowly I begin the process of forgiveness that is always required for healing to begin. And in the silence of this farmhouse in Colombia with the Kogi Mamas now so close, my body continues to release its tears as a deeper process of healing begins. Other details of that life are no longer required to be seen for our time is here, and now the causative factor of my throat’s weakness has clearly been revealed.

As many know, these visions and insights come when they need to and when we are ready to be free from events of the past whose influence we no longer need today. There is no need to chase anything for it all comes up within us when the time is right to move on and let our times of persecution go.

So much is written about Colombia and the levels of violence here, violence is in the land, brought by Cortez and the Conquistador’s quest for gold. Driven by greed they spilt the blood of so many, wiping out the Incas and the Aztecs while the Kogi silently retreated to mountains that were too difficult for many to climb.

I can see the Kogi tribe now in my mind’s eye and also feel their hearts which have often been filled with sadness at the ways of their younger brothers, who lacked the sensitivity to tune to and be at One with each other and with Pachamama and her land, those who forgot how to feel the currents of a cosmic heart beat and the true richness that the Kogi’s knowledge contains.

As I weave the symbol of infinity across my throat to neutralize the energy there, I intuitively chant the words “I release the wounds of the past, I reclaim my voice and my right to share the truth of the past and the wisdom of our future” and my body gasps for air as if it is breathing for the very first time. And so an intuitive voice chants on soundlessly in my head until my tears are gone “I forgive all who have ever hurt me through all time. I ask for forgiveness of all that I have also done that has hurt another …” over and over these chants flow as these limiting energy webs slowly untangle themselves through my throat until the process is done. Other visions come with the chants until I see the tribe I came from, being tracked through the jungles by the men with no light in their eyes whose only desire was for gold. I feel angry, then sad as the visions reveal my Indigenous nature and the ways of the peaceful tribes, all of it gone, swamped by white man’s lust for more.

My voice still needs rest for the muscles in my throat are tender and sore and yet I give thanks to the Mamas, the priests of the Kogi tribe, for finding me again this life and with so few words allowing this release to come.

I remembered something else while meditating with the Colombian group this past weekend about my time so long ago with the Orion’s on their councils of war and the skills learnt there in peace negotiations. I realised that I have seen so much of war that my being has no tolerance for it anymore, so to me the choice of war seems so barbaric when the alternative is just to make a few adjustments so that peace can reign again among us all. When will we learn to value each other? I wonder as I swing in my hammock on the veranda of a house in the countryside in Colombia and integrate the insights that I have gained in this land of ancient cultures, with the Kogi tribe who chose to retire to the mountains and be secluded, rather than play the games of war.

Identifying the source of a weakness in our energy field is always required to effect permanent healing, then intuiting the correct process to repair the weakness is also another challenge for often there are various factors that contribute to the ongoing weakness. Past linear time-line events, current time-line lifestyle habits, attitudes and beliefs, and also sometimes parallel life or future life influences, for time in higher frequency bands is simultaneous not linear. Much of this I discovered a few years ago when shifting myself out of the genetic weakness of cancer. It was then that I also realised that our own Divine Beingness is the only one that holds the formula for perfect healing. Others of course can help, like the acupuncturist this weekend that sensed I was also having an allergic reaction of the local flora that was closing up my throat, and when I checked within I found that yes this is was a small contributing factor. But the initial cause of the energy field weakness went of course much deeper.

Holding the clear intention to discover and clear the original causative factor of a debilitating situation – as I have been doing the last 36 hours – allows this knowledge to rise within us if and when we are ready. And yet we also need sincerity in the forgiveness routine and I realise that I still feel too angry to sincerely forgive from my heart and not just my head. This anger must rise for release and then flow from my being gently, when the time is right and only then can I be truly free. Mentally I understand the history of our world; the endless cycles we have endured of war, conquering and greed, where one tribe imposes, by brute force or more subtle manipulation, their own ways over another’s, claiming that they are superior or know better. This has been the history of so many worlds. We know this and it is nothing new.

Being there is different. Seeing our friends and family slaughtered, their precious life, then our own, draining away so violently in crumpled heaps upon the ground. Feeling it all and living through it is a completely different story to just hearing about it later or reading about it in a book. We have all endured so many tortuous ways, time and time again, as people of peace with our simple loving ways do when we are exposed to hatred, judgement and greed. We hold all of this memory in our cells, of lives when we have conquered others ourselves, or then been conquered in turn, of lives when fear and ignorance replaced love and compassion and drained out our intuitive nature, that pure part of us, that has always held the key to the kingdom of existence in peace-filled worlds.

But we have changed; we do know better, we are seeking the inner kingdom of peace again even though this is not always evident in our external world. The Elder Kogi Mamas here has this peace and holds it deep within himself like a silent force of the greatest wisdom and power and this I also feel now deep within now that my tears have gone.

According to Alan Ereira, the Kogi believe they are the guardians of the world and like many Indigenous cultures they believe that Mother Earth is a living spirit being who we need to exist in harmony with. They see all of Colombia as sacred land. The Kogi’s word for their priests – Mamas – means the sun or the Enlightened Ones. They speak of the Aluna – the realm where all is one, part of a divine being, a realm where they silently work to keep the equilibrium in our world.

The Mamas are educated in the dark virtually from birth where they spend two-nine year periods. Some spend another two-nine year periods in the dark and become oracles who then only communicate with other Mamas. 36 years living in darkness to develop their clairvoyance, clairsentient and more skills that come from darkness training. I love the darkroom myself and have spent only 60 days in that environment. To spend 9 years or 36 years in darkness with only another Mama for company is unfathomable to me and yet I understand why and the benefits this brings esoterically. It is these highly sensitive ones who have seen the disasters to come to our world and who have inspired some of the Mamas to leave their mountain of seclusion and speak to the younger brothers – us – so that we change our behaviour towards the natural world and come into equilibrium within them.

Later in the afternoon my host and I drive with the two Mamas and Ruth – the woman who is travelling with them – to a small mountain town outside of Pereira, a place so beautiful, with sweet people and great energies pulsing through the Earth – it is both picturesque and profound. We walk the streets and later I sit with them as they take their evening meal. We ask each other questions and the Kogi begin to share of some of their deeper ways and this continues all the way back in the car. Now and then I ask a question and the Elder Mamas shares with such an open and easy flow.

In Alan Ereira’s book they are described as secretive and silent and so I feel privileged to be with them now, putting a scientific bent on everything they say as I listen in silence. Our work in essence is the same, to create again an equilibrium in the world, so that Pachamama can be supported and we can support each other, in a more harmonious way. Many things that they reveal to me this day are not my place to speak of. I would also like to say that it is important for Indigenous people to share what they have to say in their way, in their time, without any editing or misinterpretation by white people, which has often happened in the past. As a consequence of this, I have agreed with the Kogi to offer them space in the Embassy of Peace on our YouTube channel to share their message in video form exactly as they want and hopefully this will be done soon. These people are wise and loving, with a light of love and joy that shines from their eyes. The Elder Mamas always holds a deep peace and at-one-ment with his surrounds, a peace that I feel too as we drive together through this land.

Everywhere we walked today the Mamas were stopped by people who wanted to take their photos or who had one or two things to ask or say. During our day our car was stopped twice by police who were also curious to see who we were before sending us on our way. To many, Colombia is a dangerous place, filled with guerrillas, drug cartels, tomb raiders and corruption that manifests itself in so many ways. People are kidnapped or killed here regularly, yet there is a deeper layer to this land that manifests itself to those who are open to its song, which is how it always is in our dual-natured world.

When we arrive back to the compound where I am staying, the Mamas invite me to undergo a small ceremony with them the next day so that they too can help to support my work in their own way. They know the difficulties of being outspoken today, about the need for a more harmonious way and the challenges this brings to us all and so they will weave their webs of support around me. As we later retire to sleep, they ask that I pay attention to any dreams that come my way.

My body needs so little sleep at times and tonight it is the same, yet in that semi-conscious state, the invisible world that they call Aluna, begins to speak again.

Oneness,” it says over and over. “Oneness is the game. Forget the past, reweave the future into the Oneness game” and so I sit up, switch on the light and let Aluna’s wisdom flow. This is what it tells me as it delivers the data and images for yet another YouTube video:

ONENESS

According to many metaphysicians, and also our Indigenous people, we exist in a web of Oneness, each of us interconnected with all things, like a cell in the Body of Living Field of Intelligence. What we do, how we live affects us all and imprints vibrations in this web.

When we each set the clear intention to live in harmony within ourselves, within our community and within this Earth, then the web of love responds and begins to teach us how, but only when we are truly open in our heart to receive this knowledge.

There are of course practical thing’s that we can do to experience harmony in this Web of One; such as choosing to see the good in each other. We can also focus on the things that bind us, that we have in common, rather than on the things that separate and divide us further.

We share a common essence in the Web of Love, the same baseline frequency, which is of course, Pure Love. This ocean of Pure Love which is within each of us, can be small or large, depending on our recognition of it and attention to it and it has many gifts to give.

By turning our awareness within – via meditation and pure concentration – with a desire to feel this inner ocean of love, it can then rise within us and reveal that we are all the same in essence, that we are all one.

The stronger this force becomes and the more we acknowledge its presence by focusing upon it, the sooner we will be united as one species living on one planet. This is the Universal Law of Love and the Universal Law of Resonance – coming into being in action.

It is a simple science that goes beyond separatist ideologies and religions.

At the Embassy of Peace we encourage you to live a lifestyle that fills your Being with joy, a lifestyle that is also beneficial to the world as a whole. Then we may all move as one heart, one mind – with love in our hearts and wisdom in our minds – and be in harmony with Gaia, the spirit of our world. Some call Gaia, Pachamama, and know her as a living being that is also part of the Web of Oneness.

She invites us to live in harmony upon her and for those who know how, to show the way. And so it is time for us to acknowledge the wisdom of the Elders of the Indigenous tribes. It is their time now and our time to listen to all that they have to say.

Listen to the Kogi from Colombia.

Listen to what the Hopi Indians have to say.

Listen to the wise ones from the Aboriginal lines.

And listen to the voice of the Divine Essence within. Seek to know its gifts so that harmony and Oneness can be our experience in every way.

As many now know, the greatest teacher dwells within us. When we hear its voice and receive its gifts
we will know the Oneness game.

And when the last of this message has come, I lie back down in the dark to enjoy the silence again.

This morning the Mamas arrive early again to complete the ceremony that they began with me last night and then to continue their teachings with the others that are here.

As we sit in the silence together, the Elder Mamas behind me doing his work in Aluna’s plane (the field of Infinite Love and Wisdom), “Focus on the pure spirit,” he tells me, “on the spirit of the trees,” and with his clear instructions I slip effortlessly into a visionary state, where I find myself with Pachamama again and then with the great spirit of the trees. Here waves of love and light wash through me as if I am in a tunnel of wind, yet it is vaster than that again. Within moments I find myself in the Temple of the Sun and hear the words “Welcome back our granddaughter of love,” as new patterns are rewoven through my energy field by the Kogi Mamas behind me. A matching of my baseline frequency occurs then deepens my connection into Pachamama’s pure field where layers of support and strength await to then claim my Being back into theirs.

Slowly words of power begin to flow through me from the spirit of the trees, and the Temple of the Sun, linking me with them as I chant what I hear and the vibrations of the words settle through my energy fields

“I AM THE WHITE EARTH LIGHT OF PACHAMAMA” was the first chant that came when the ceremony began with them last night and it comes to me again now, before more profound, more personal words began to flow. The tree spirit with us now is fluid, powerful and strong as is the energy in the Temple of the Sun, and tears stream down my face in a silent grateful flow as the Mamas continues to do what he needs to do as he sits silent and still in the chair behind me. I hear him working his Poporo and sense his presence now deep in my energy fields. It is a presence of great love and patience and in my heart I feel these people are my tribe, that our focus is on harmony and that in this we are forever linked. More is told to me in Aluna’s field, then the words and visions cease and I know the work is done. Next the Mamas reads my vibrations from the breath I left on a piece of cotton that I held in my right hand throughout the journey, after which he tells me that I have the Kogi’s permission now to spread our message through their land with safety and with their support as he ties another string of white cotton around my wrists. They tell me to keep those two strings on my wrists forever as it is a link to their ways and their world, for they read the vibrations of the worlds through the threads of nature. My heart is full and I feel so touched by their wise and gentle ways.

Over our days together with Mamas Eugeno and Mamas Noelle and Ruth, we manage to share with them that Little Brother is rising to do their part, and that there is a huge network of support for their message, as we also have been getting the same message from Pachamama and Aluna when we meditate and engage in prayer. When they finally realise this as truth, they tell me how happy it makes their heart and I tell them how happy their hearts make me. They are a pure and gentle yet strong people and I feel so blessed, so privileged to have had this encounter.

Later on the phone I recount some of this to my husband and I realise that so much of what I have experienced with them would not have occurred unless I’d lost my voice. I know I am a strong and independent woman and that I need to be to do the public work I do, and also to do the work on the inner plane in Aluna’s field, yet it seems that only when I am incapacitated in some way, do I get to really experience the skills of others, as they can then step forth in their strength and wisdom to help me in the ways that they can. First there was Swami Nardanand in India who recently helped to heal my ankle and make me aware, by spending time with him that way, of his healing powers and his wonderful heart and now it is the Mamas of the Kogi. I know that if my voice had stayed strong, many of the experiences we have just shared would not have been able to happen. Perhaps our connections would have happened anyway but in a different way but there is still a lesson here for me – about silence and listening and support. Many people step forward in such different ways when they feel they are needed and can help and being needed brings out parts of themselves that may otherwise remain hidden.

I know I am in a small position of influence in the world and I know that all that we share with others when I travel, is always based on personal experience, and so it is easy to support and promote people in whose abilities we trust. Trust for me usually comes from personal experience and so now it is so easy to promote both Swami Nardanand and the Kogi. And for this insight today I give thanks to my husband and the conversation we have just shared, still, I can’t help but wonder if I can learn all of this in a slightly different way …

Despite all of this my body is strong and constantly amazes me with its capacity to handle my ever changing lifestyle. Heat in Santiago; cold in the Andes Mountains; heat and humidity in Lima Peru then extreme cold in Cusco; rainy, cold then humid in Machu Picchu followed quickly by freezing cold to my bones in Bogota then heat, then cold again all in one day. Then comes more heat and humidity in Pereira. All of this climate change happens over one day to the next and all of it my body needs to adjust to, plus constant plane rides and various pollutions. And yet it stays so strong and copes so well through it all, with just prana for its food plus a little water and coffee now and then for its pleasure. So the rare sprained ankle or sore throat is all so inconsequential in the bigger scheme of things. Add all that is required – for any of us in this field – to be constantly centred and focused and also then add the need for us to be able to handle huge frequency downloads and stay in a virtually constant channelling state and WOW … I am thankful for what my body is capable of handling!

Life on the road is amazing and gifts us with so much through each experience and interaction, from the love that pours into me from the heart of each one who hugs my body, to the person who in turn who has been so filled with love and insights that they hold me so tightly and won’t let go, as tears pour down their faces and love flows from every part of them in gratitude of our meeting – all of this also adds another layer, infusing me with so much support and feeding my body as well. All of this is just a natural part of my life on the road and all of it constantly requires small or big energy adjustments within me and around me. Adjustments of attitudes or awareness as we all grow and understand more about each other and our lives together in this world.

The Mamas have just gone to catch their plane back to the Sierra Nevada where they say they will share our message with their tribe and ask that I also share theirs with the world.

They see Earth as feminine, the trees upon her as masculine and they prize highly the equilibrium between the sexes, where each are fulfilling their roles and seeking to experience, in  the fulfilment of their roles, the conscious awareness they need, to do it in harmony and accordance to the Mother’s Laws. They are a people who listen to and feel the currents of the cosmic flows that come from the Mother and her creative fluid, the waters of life, which gave birth to the light and creation.

Our understandings match perfectly. Mine comes from nearly 40 years of meditation, listening and being intuitively guided by the Universal Field of Infinite Love and Intelligence which flows via waves of love from the divine heart. Their wisdom has come in similar ways yet it is a wisdom that flows to them so that they can read the vibrations of all life, from stones to birds, to trees and rain, to the breath we all breathe. They say that everything they know comes from the Mother and that we are caretakers of Earth, here to love and respect and care for life, not to take and destroy without thought.

The Mamas use their mind as I have been trained to do – focused, clear, concentrated, as a tool to do our bidding as we in turn take instruction from the Rhythm of Love of the Divine Mother in all her forms. She is Pachamama, she is Spiderwoman, the Madonna, the Goddess energy streams and more. Their culture is deep and their rituals are precise with everything done with pure meaning and I feel privileged to have spent these last 5 days with them all as I learn how to work with them in Aluna.

Before their car drives away, Ruth promises she will send me the video that they want shown through the world. It has 7 chapters of about 7 minutes each which is perfect for our YouTube channel. Here we will give them their own playlist, to lodge unedited, exactly what it is that they want to say. This is what the Embassy of Peace is for, to tell the stories that need to be told and share the tools that will help to harmonize our worlds.

They are a joyous people, some of who are also a little saddened by the past, by those that came and took so much without understanding the true value of the gold or artefacts. And yes they are concerned at continual deforestation and reforestation of plants (that are not the ones they want replanted) and plans of the government to do so many things that in essence do not serve their needs. Few truly take the time to listen to what they have to share and yet they have also put the past behind them and are focused on education for their children, to pass on their many skills and ways. They are also open now to gain the attention of the younger brother, asking us in essence to tune into forces bigger than ourselves and learn to be in equilibrium once more with Gaia’s heart and also the Universal streams.

According to Alan Ereira’s book “The Elder Brothers” the message the Kogi Mamas gave him was one of great concern for the environment. High in the Andes they see that the world is hotter, no snow comes on the mountains like it used to, so their land is drier, vegetation is sparser, and so the Earth is changing. They told him how all our mining, deforestation and continued tomb raiding has disturbed the balance in the world, as it does when we always take and give nothing in return. Despite all this they believe there is time for us to change our ways and be more aware and respectful with how we treat the Earth and also each other and so they hope we will hear their message.

They hope we will learn to be still and listen to the Mother’s heart and to understand that everything is alive with consciousness – from the Earth to the trees, to the sun and more. They hope we will work with them to restore the balance again. They want no tourists to come to their land, they want the tomb raiding to cease, they want to be consulted before the government intervenes in anything, they would like access again to the sea and be safe from guerrilla warfare and the drug lord’s games. They would also like us to stop plundering the Earth and killing trees and mining as thoughtlessly as we do. And they want to be left to care for the Mother as they’ve been shown to do for the Mother’s Laws have kept them well and safe for so long.

Mamas Eugenio said many things to me, much of which we have also been sharing with the world but in a slightly different way. Other things they spoke of, I was told to keep private and to some questions I asked, I received information that failed to answer the question, for the Kogi share only what they want us to know.

During the Mamas own evening seminar, I sat in the audience listening to Mamas Eugenio speak in his own native tongue, then to Mamas Noelle translate it into Spanish while a sweet young man named Juan, sat beside me to translate it all into English. Through it all I closed my eyes and tuned my heart to Mamas Engenio’s heart, to listen to his spirit on another plane, and there again I saw a man of peace, who had his ‘bench’, which is what they call their seat of centre, whose heart is pure with a message true, and so I await their video to let them speak directly rather than offer any additional translation here.

32 hours later, my plane touches down to Brisbane airport where my husband greets me with the biggest hug. It feels as if I have been gone for so long and yet the past 5 weeks have passed so quickly for us both; so many adventures and so many insights that tend to transform us in so many different ways. I feel the Kogi with me on the inner plane, present in my dreaming and later as I meditate upon all that has unfolded, I realise that there is a lot that we can do to support them, especially in Aluna’s plane.

Over the next few days, as I continue to integrate all that has occurred, new insights come about how we can support our Indigenous people especially the Kogi, since they are the ones that I have most recently connected with.

This morning as I sat on my veranda, I watched a dozen colourful wild King Parrots eating their seed a metre away. The birds come here now every day, often with dozens eating in harmony, enjoying the wild seed mix that is good for these breeds. They can sit and mix in together, singing and cooing and enjoying without fuss, and then suddenly a new one will come and chase them all away – snapping and biting and attacking until this lone one has the bowl of seed to itself. Over and over I watch their various displays, reminded again and again of life in the human world and the stories of Indigenous South America in pre-Colombian days.

Is permanent peace possible within the human world? Will we always have those few individuals who arrive and attack and take by brute force and noise? Is this plane of duality we call Earth in the here and now, really destined to rise beyond such things?

It’s rare for me to have such thoughts and yet as I do, I make a noise on the veranda and the birds all fly away, yet within moments many return and in peace and gentle silence, with a respectful attitude of sharing, they commence to eat again. The bully birds, the noisy ones, do not come back, so peace is finally maintained. And so I sit to meditate in peace, high among the treetops in my mountain ashram, happy to be home at last.

Enjoy the silence …

Be still …

Meditate on the love that you are.

The mountain seems to say …

Peace comes to all who are open … in their time …

Nothing to do …

Nothing to chase …

In a few days I will go to the funeral of another friend of mine who died a few days ago of cancer … she’s at peace now, happy to be free and unfettered. But today I am here, surrounded by birds in song, feeling the mountain’s breeze and able to enjoy this moment with all of my senses. Travel weary, a little sad of heart for the loss of my friend yet happy to have my health, my family and to finally be home again. And so the cycles continue …

INDIA INSIGHTS - KUMBH MELA 2010 Travel Journal – India March 2010

19th March, 2010 - India

I sit at Delhi airport feeling so much rising and falling within me; memories and feelings that were triggered in the final moments of our time at our camp at Kumbh Mela. Ten days of intense experiences with each day revealing so much more. Subtle rhythms moving through and around us all as India reveals herself in ways required and memories of lives, lived here before, arise into our open and conscious minds …

A week or more has passed since I was at Kumbh Mela at Swami Nardanand’s Siddha Ashram camp and I am still synthesizing various imprints.

 Swami Stories …

A mischievous Swami sits before me, his eyes sparkle with light.

“He’s a tricky one,” a voice inside notes with amusement.

The Swami and I speak of many things and, as our energy fields merge and dance in subtler rhythms, he asks of my life, my marriage and more and is genuinely disbelieving when I state that in marriage we can love unconditionally. He seems a little shocked by the mere suggestion saying that unconditional love for each other is rare in the human species.

‘Perhaps,’ I agree knowing how many decades it took to come to this state. ‘But it is not impossible to experience when you set up clear intentions. As you know, thoughts and intentions are energy field drivers, guiding our evolution as wisely as the thoughts and intentions are themselves.

‘We have so many choices,’ we say, for another energy is speaking through me now as we connect in on a deeper level. ‘Energy field harmonics is just a mathematical process of formulae adjustment where one component is our time which we can all spend wisely with an awareness of outcomes of choice. Then of course we have the ingredients of various virtues - from compassion to patience and more. These form keys that open the inner plane multi-dimensional doorways that are constantly present around us, that can only be seen when the third eye is tuned and open within us. Other ingredients for energy field harmonics and to access the unconditional love streams are purity of heart, humility, sincerity, plus being open to higher possibilities and being open to people power and the power of the dreaming.’

There was much to discuss with this smiley-eyed Swami who later sat so often in joy beside me. Based in his ashram in California, it was this meeting that triggered the understanding of the blending.

Even though the Swami’s and most Saddhus in India choose a path of celibacy, where some have never carnally known a women, and even though some say that to partake of sexual exchange can shift their frequencies into channels that they are happy to renounce, still this choice is not the path for us all in this current time-line.

Tantra …

These days, some enjoy deep spiritual union in Tantra’s field of love. This may express itself in many ways – from the commitment we make to ourselves and each other, as lovers, parents, siblings and the children we also are, and more.

Tantra is about union – Oneness, reunification of parts back into the whole.

Tantra is also about sharing God Self to God Self, in the deepest and often most intimate ways.

Tantra can be about hooking up our energy systems so completely that all energy flows are utilised. This means a blending of procreativity/sexual energy – that is base and sacral chakra driven – with the perfect dose of spirit-wisdom crown and brow chakra energy. Then add to this mix the pure-heart-love-flow energy that mixes the psychic heart chakra pulse through the human heart and lungs. Mix the lot together with some clarity, higher vision and good mantras and we get a whole new view of tantra which can then deliver some interesting and profound experiences.

Add in some other ‘real life’ experiences, the sort that come when we deal with loss or betrayal, heartache and pain, or the disappointment that comes when the choices we made cut or bruised our egos or hearts in some way, and we find that all of this adds another spice to the energy blend, or a sweetness that is added as we gain another virtue or insight from the experience.

There are so many paths for us to take, never more so than now and at times it feels as if our choices are overwhelming. Maybe we ‘stress’ when we are younger, making sure we take the right paths or make the ‘right’ choices to fulfil our goals in life.

At other times we can throw it all to the wind with a ‘Qué Será Será’-type mood that then brings its own brand of flavour.

Yet beyond all this we are still bio-systems with energy flows that are constantly shifting, responding to the tide of life and to the choices we constantly make and the flavours we add from our own experiences.

They say that things change quickly in India, and we see this now in the West.

It’s as if everything has become more fluid as dimensions mix and merge and blend to find a new way of being.

Doors to higher realms have long been opened and these days more are opening than ever before. Through these inner plane doors new flavours are flooding this plane of existence, mingling, blending and even nourishing in their way. Millions are now conduits for these flows to enter and linger, flows that will forever change us in whatever way we are open to now go and so it has become the time of the blending.

The Tree Baba - Indian Insights continue.

People are making a fire within a small camp, under a huge green tree, whose branches form open arms to the heavenly skies.

There’s a silent buzz about it all as the people prepare for the return of the one they call the ‘Tree Baba’. He’s been living there for many years, in a loft that he built high in the branches. Now, at Kumbh Mela time, few resist the chance to see him and so they gather at dusk to catch him on his return from the nearby forest where he spends more peace-filled days.

People are often fascinated by the extreme ones, others who defy conventionality in some way. India is full of the unconventional and yet their tradition supports the Saddhu ways of seeking God realization at a certain age. After completing conventional games of getting educated and then fulfilling the family game, people in India can leave it all, don orange robes, and take to Saddhu life anytime they feel the call to do so.

Some Saddhu are then drawn to do unusual things from living in caves at the sandy shoreline of the Ganges, to living in mountain caves or high in trees, to standing on one foot for many years and so on.

Now as I watch the people stoke the fire then silently sit around it, a new rhythm has caught my attention - the sound of Holy songs being sung on a dry, river bed of white sand so close, so near the Ganges. I follow its beat and with bare feet I softly pad over to the small group of singers to sit beside them closing my eyes and letting the music take me deeper into its flow. The sun is slowly setting; a cool breeze weaves its own sweet flow, while voices soft and low, high and gentle, chant ancient mantras with a deep melodic flavour that soon sings to my cells. The moment is pure and perfect as I lock eyes with the group leader, a devotee of Babaji’s Kria Yoga style.

Kria Yoga is the science of light and later I tell the young man about how Babaji brought the Living on Light process to Germany, once telling me how the people in his ashrams in Germany were ready, as he later opened each ashram door to our message.

So many coincidences flowed at that time. From my publisher who’d long been a Babaji devotee, who’d told Babaji that he was closing his publishing house and that if Babaji wanted it kept open, he needed to bring him the next perfect book to publish. Within a week my book “Pranic Nourishment” (Living on Light) had appeared. Within 10 years there were around 10,000 pranic living people in Germany who could live from prana as a physical body fuel source if and when they chose.

And so we sat on the banks of the Ganga Ji, the Holy River that called me every day to wander along it, to bathe in its streams and be reborn; to meditate on her banks at sunrise and remember. Every day she would remind me that India’s rhythms are different, that India has a magic and a power that is revealed in its own way and its own time, to those who would awaken and to those already risen in the fields.

In all of this we sat that day until I felt the call to rejoin the Tree Baba’s camp for he’d sent a messenger to Swami’s Siddha camp a few days before, asking me to join him. Moments after I take my seat close to the fire, the energy fields come alive with clapping, chants and fanfare, as the young loin-cloth-clad Tree Baba strides into camp to join us. He scrambles with great agility over many things to sit on his cushions, cross-legged by the fire, his back close to the trunk of his perfect tree home.

Settled, he takes the time to greet us all, looking deeply for a  moment into each one’s eyes, then bowing quickly with hands in prayer before moving on to acknowledge each new person.

Silence and smiles abound.

The Tree Baba seems amused by us, as if he finds it strange that people would come to see him, as his choice of life in a tree is natural for him, nothing noteworthy or miraculous. To sleep high in branches under star-filled nights, beside the Holy River, seems to me now as the most natural choice in the world. To wander the nearby jungle and sit within its sheltering energy fields, to dive deeper into meditation, all of this also feels so natural to my soul. I can see why he does it for I can hear the call to live this way as it feels simple, pure and true. I am told that the Tree Baba lives on fruit and little else and his energy fields pulse with health and knowing.

Too soon we find that night has fallen and it’s time to leave while the last light of dusk can still shine our way home, for the camp of the Tree Baba is quite a distance from Swami’s camp in town. As we rise to leave and he finally is aware of my presence, the Tree Baba calls me to him and tells his messenger of his regret that we couldn’t take quiet time to connect deeper due to the sheer number of attendees that also came to be with him, yet we both know that connections happen in the right way and time for perfect blendings to happen.

Stories of Kumbh Mela continued.

The standing Baba’s …

The two men – our Swami and a Naga Baba that he knows - meet in the street close to the narrow alleyways that mark the entrance to the Naga Baba’s inner city camp at Kumbh Mela, and the men embrace in a deep friendship that is always sweet to witness. Within moments we are in the Naga Baba’s camp as the young Saddhu demonstrates how he sleeps when his body is tired. He’s been standing erect now for six years, never lying or sitting. Before him is a small desk-type structure, on top of which are pillows and folded blankets that stop at chest height. He shows us how he leans over and sleeps on top of his folded arms, allowing the top part of his body to rest on the supporting structure. While some weight shifts off his lower spine and legs when he does this, still they never rest completely or are gravity free for a while. Even though our whole body still feels the effect of gravity when we are lying down, the effect on us if we constantly stand would of course be much greater. Regardless of this physical feat of mastery, the Saddhu is light and filled with fun and humour and so we sit in his camp and talk awhile after Swami Nardanand makes the appropriate introductions.

As the moments unfold before us, I can feel the increase of the Mother’s Love as if a dial has been turned up within me and I scan the room to notice that an older man in the camp is tuning deeper in to my being. Our eyes lock, he sees my essence as I feel his also rise in response more powerfully within him and then this pure love flows between us like a river as our energies mix and blend together. The event is nourishing for us all as we talk of pranic living and other unusual practises but none of this is as important as the love that flows between us now.

Later I meet another well known standing Naga Baba who stood for 12 years but has since retired from that game having mastered it all to his own satisfaction. This one is 93-year-old but looks no older than 40. Thick hair, full beard, his big black eyes are filled with wisdom and compassion. His seated body is lean still flexible after his 12 years of constant standing which some of our group have questions about, yet his words are mainly in Hindi so we just relax and enjoy his energy flavour.

Being in an energy field where the dominant focus is on God realisation – or Divine Marriage with our own pure essence, to be in this field with so many who do such extreme things, is for me so amusing for it inspires, tantalises, confronts and confounds some of our group with its variety of flavours and so they soon let go and flow and enjoy the meetings, the mergings, the blending and the being of it all.

We stop on the way out of the Naga Baba camp to visit with the Baba who has held his right arm in the air for the past 30-something years. I assess the energy fields around and within his arm and wonder if he can bend it. The limb seems still and wasted but the Saddhu’s body is lean as many of them are. Their food intake is simple, small and relatively healthy; vegetarians by choice, many have one small meal a day. Others live on chapatti and chai with sometimes a little rice or dhal to sustain them; some have yoga buff bodies while a few others are big with bulging waistlines that hide their unclad genitals.

Naga means naked and here in their camp we see everything. Some are covered in vibhuti or holy ashes that make the body blue in colour and appearance. Their eyes stand out so big and brown, their teeth, if they have them, so shiny.

The 93-year-old Naga Baba’s eyes were huge, his grin showed healthy teeth untouched by the usual signs of decay that we would see in a Western counterpart of this age. Actually there are probably few Western counterparts to this Baba. In Kumbh Mela we see so many spritely octogenarians and older, much more than may be seen in the Western world, but more important than their youthful energy is the light that beams constantly from their eyes and the smile that instantly transforms their faces when they too tune in and feel our essence.

Witnessing the feeding of the Saddhus was another interesting insight.

Swami Nardanand and I were soon in the habit of walking every afternoon at around 3.30pm. Usually a group would be with us ranging from a few people to many, as each day would reveal additional flavours.

One afternoon, after a short visit to the school where blind children were housed, educated and cared for, we ended up at a huge ashram that had been feeding people two meals a day for well over a decade. At Kumbh Mela time the ashram fed over 3,000 Saddhus twice a day in approximately 30 minutes so it was a sight to witness on many levels.

Firstly the efficient processing of such a large number of people - the lining up, the entry into specific areas, where they sat on mats in orderly rows, then their chanting and the blessings, the food distribution and receival process, the consumption and clean up and completion - all of it silently attended to in song via a service that was efficiently rendered with loving acceptance of the game of duty and Saddhu life.

Just being there to witness the practicalities of it all was amazing. Then to also receive the smiles and open hearted interest of the Saddhus themselves who were so happy to see Westerners joining them and then to later to meet the women in the kitchens and mingle there with their sweat and smiles and greetings – all of it was so rewarding in so many ways as it always can be when we open up to enjoy other ways of being.

Later we returned to our camp near the river where I met a young wealthy Indian woman who was amazed at our choice to live in such simple camp conditions for example our two bucket cold shower system or the hole in the concrete with no toilet paper toilet yet I love to be amongst it all, to engage in such simple rhythms and to enjoy the spontaneity that often occurs in situations like these. Yes hotel life can be cleaner, smoother and even more comfortable but sometimes it’s good to leave all that behind and dive into a different rhythm that stretches and enhances us if we allow. Personally I love everything about Kumbh Mela as each day I feel stronger and clearer as the blending continues within and around me.

The camp is filled with noise from 4am chants to the late night chants that cease around midnight to be followed by our sunrise visits to the Ganges where our group meditates with the Swami. After morning satsang we bathe each day in the Ganges meeting and greeting so many others who also come to do the same. Life here has its own sweet rhythm that is so easy to relax into as each day presents another view or game to reveal another level of energy field harmonics.

Energy Field Harmonics

The blending of energy streams occurs all the time within us and around us for all life is fluid in essence. All energy streams are directed by the consciousness contained within the stream, the collective pulse of each streams inhabitants.

Individualised yet part of a whole, each bubble of consciousness within each stream can move throughout the matrix of creation at will. No bubble is fixed in place and each bubble shares the beat of all the streams yet many feel its pulses in different ways.

To see the way energy streams are constantly rising, changing, meeting, greeting, merging, playing, expanded and changing direction within the web of One, is like watching cosmic cinema, a ballet of interplay. To then discover that all of these energy streams are also interconnected and have a multi-dimensional nature that we can also experience, is another amazing layer in energy field science; to then discover that all of it is controlled by the mathematics of magnetic attraction, and the Divine laws of the universe, also turns on our own inner “Ah ha” switch of revelation.

Revelation allows us to relax then contemplate then hopefully apply the insight and so become expanded for it - this expansion, that comes from life experience, in turn magnetises us into a slightly different rhythm or stream of ‘Being’ness.

Sometimes revelation comes so fast and true that it changes us on the deepest levels so we are never the same again. This can trigger an 180˚ spin shift in our energy flow direction, locking us so powerfully into alternate paradigms whose flow we seem to be jettisoned into. Life experiences do this all the time. Our course in life is set by our perceptions and reactions, and also by the blendings that occur as we mix with other energy streams and merge membranes with each other via the process of natural magnetization.

At this point in our evolution, energy fields are more fluid than ever before with new blendings occurring every moment as many of us marry now with purer interdimensional currents. Once we have set in place, within our etheric and cellular structure, the perfect baseline programs, we can then relax and enjoy the ride and flow through purer energy streams in the matrix that deliver very nourishing experiences.

Baseline programs – as we have shared before – drive energy fields into a specific direction as chi follows thought and the universe reflects back to us our own conscious awareness. In the game of energy field fine-tuning many now have both awareness and also experiential understanding of energy field flow.

For example, someone may gain an awareness and consequent experience of bathing energetically in a strong prana field flow. The Prana field flow is the base current in the matrix that nourishes all potential life into being. As such all life has prana as its base activator rhythm.

A base activator rhythm combines programs and frequencies that then interact to provide certain outcomes which can then be guaranteed to deliver set results as it is all based on the science of energy field harmonics – no spirituality, new age or religious beliefs – just science.

An energy field scientist may then consciously choose to explore matrix harmonics in a myriad of ways. Each stream can be so absorbing and each stream can only be magnetised to us because in some way it holds a mirror to our own conscious awareness of the matrix game.

Some see ‘God’ as the main field driver of the matrix game, a pulse of pure intelligence that is held in a bed of pure love. This blending, of the pulse of pure intelligence and the pulse of pure love, brings a power into being that reweaves itself through us quite naturally to deliver many gifts when we are open to its pulse.

This pure ‘God’ pulse radiates through all grid points that form the matrix, interconnecting rays of light with flows of celestial harmonies and waves of love and more - all of it is constantly gelling and blending in a mix that provides the purest flows of nourishment to any life that springs alive within it according to the laws that govern interdimensional and multidimensional existence.

Understanding these laws and how they operate, allows us to change our own choice or mode of operation within the matrix, thus we can manoeuvre ourselves individually and also collectively, into new energy streams that hold rhythms that enhance us personally and also as a species.

Hence energy field science becomes a fascinating study for anyone open to such paradigms and beats. To me it is just music, mathematics and formulae, which result in harmonious or disharmonious patterns of being.

Our collective rhythm just is.

It is the result of who we are now and how we co-create.

Some feel it all just happens haphazardly in a random sequence of events where sometimes we are victims in a greater game that we cannot alter or control.

Others flow with faith, trusting in ancient texts that may carry ancient prophecies into fulfilment - if that turns out to be the will of the collective.

Others see themselves as equal players in a game we design to test our skills, a game that is altered constantly by who we choose to be at any given time.

Some know the master within, that God-like part of themselves that is already ascended, whose wisdom is truly loving and wise. Some blend so deeply within this essence within that the walls of duality disappear and the experience of the Law of Love within its Oneness game kicks in and be comes real and not conjecture or ideal.

All realities add pulses to the energy fields of life, and all of our realities grand or limited mix and blend constantly around and within us to form part of a cosmic soup that also carries additional flavours. Our collective beat then determines which realms we can access and when.

So paradise here now?

Easy. It’s just a matter of blending.

Rhythms flow throughout the matrix, some pulse sweet, gentle and slow, some pulse with a deeply loving beat that is actually the cosmic heart offering a consistently nourishing rhythm for its creation to bathe and be reborn in anytime they choose.

The “Harmonics of the Heavenly Heart” – our focus this year - is actually a formula that allows us to experience the purest streams of love within the matrix of creation; streams that satiate, satisfy, harmonize and free; a stream with a pulse that can be pumped up or toned down according to our collective focus.

Many on Earth have now shifted their personal focus to look at new rhythms and ways of being. Data regarding prophecy and scripture, on 2012 time and more, now floods our internet, along with ‘future humanist’ discussion, advanced nanotechnology, robotics, genetics and more. Ancient tools, mystery school insights, awareness and futuristic views, all of this is also blending to inspire and open us all to higher views.

Being conscious, aware of who we truly are, by stripping back layers to find the pure essence of our own Being, to find and feel something pure and free, to bathe in this force that is so pure that it can change the course of our own evolution with grace and style, all of this is available to us now as this force is pure, unpolluted and perfect and it flows within us all.

And it is this force that we have in common - regardless of the rest – the trials, the tribulations and the daily living tests. Yes being human for so many is hard but simultaneously being a divine Being in human form is a blessing there for us all to know.

Being fully present with our hearts beating to the Divine Rhythms in our chest, being flooded by this love pulse and feeling what it knows; being open then of inner eye to see the universal flows all of this is here for us now for there literally are so many rhythms to tune to, so many songs to know and so many familiar feelings that will set our skins to glow.

Matching, merging, blending, being, revealing, relaxing … all here now.
